Nino has been in the family for about 9 years. My parents are elder now and can no longer walk him since he is potty trained. Nino does not like kids and honestly just prefers to be a couch potato. He enjoys taking naps and being right next to you. He has no issues with cats even if they bother him. Dogs are usually bigger than him so he just goes to sleep if they are around. He really is the perfect dog for someone that can walk him and just needs some company.

Adorable 8 year old Morkie. Had since she was a puppy! Getting too much to handle now unfortunately. Needs to be in a home where someone is home all the time to constantly let it out & watch what she gets into. She has a hernia, which has been repaired once already, hind leg torn ccl but healed but still shouldn't jump or go down the stairs. She's usually carried but can't do that anymore now. She has allergies of some sort but not to food. Usually gets a shot every few months if scratching bad or has secondary infections. She has had in the past episodes of pancreatitis so along with her dry food she gets a vet wet food mixed in that's for gastro issues. This dog needs someone with ALOT of patience & can handle accidents in the house. If not, this dog will not be for you. She loves unconditionally & will get nervous when your not home but so excited when you are.

Hi everyone I would like you to meet Pops (or as I call him Popsy) a very sweet, loving and special little boy. His life has not been an easy one. This little soul was abused and neglected his entire life by the people who were supposed to love and care for him. We were asked to take him and of course we said yes! Only skin and bones(6 lbs.),matted,not neutered and rotten teeth we got to work to make him healthy. And we did! Pops is 11 yrs. young and thinks hes a puppy definitely has a bounce in his step now that he is pain free! But mostly wants to chill with his person.He is utd,neutered and has had most of his teeth pulled and can now eat pain free. Pops is mostly house trained but will have accidents.Pops does well with other dogs as he has a few foster siblings. In spite of what he has been through he is a sweet,loving,happy boy he loves everyone and deserves a loving forever home. She is now adapting to everyday life and is expected to become healthier and happier soon! * Interaction with People: Loves people a lot but initially fears strangers, especially men. Takes time to warm up, but once getting comfortable, she follows around, wags her tail, and likes to be by your side. She gives lots of kisses as a way of saying I love you! * Interaction with Dogs: Shows little interest in other dogs and enjoys spending time alone. Feels uncomfortable with overly aggressive doggy friends! Tends to display her emotion by look to familiar dogs. * Interaction with Cats: Is indifferent to cats and passes by them without much interest. * Separation Anxiety: Has Minimal separation anxiety. Scratches the door when the dog he lives with goes out, but she sleeps and does well alone when the family is out. * Potty Training: Prefers to use indoor potty and is proficient with using pads. Occasionally confuses blankets with her potty spot but is getting training. Does well with outdoor potty during walks. * Hygiene: Cooperates well during baths. Nail trimming can be frightening and cause some fuss, but she stays calm. Is also good with brushing and drying. Feels uncomfortable with scissors on her face. * Walking: Enjoys slow walks, but tends to pull the leash in the direction she wants to go. * Car Sickness: Travels well in the car without any signs of motion sickness. * Is very gentle with no biting, even when touched or petted by strangers. * May bark softly when guests come into the house. * Is afraid of sudden sounds or movements and isn't used to being picked up or put on your lap. * Has allergies and is on an allergy diet. ** Health Status ** - Scaling done, two teeth extracted - Due to periodontitis, her gums have receded, causing instability in her teeth. Meet Bebe!! Bebe was rescued from illegal puppy mill by our Dorothy Rescue. Behaviours from foster home : Bebe is a very loving and affectionate boy who longs to be cherished by his family. While he may be shy at first, given some time, he will bloom like a sunflower! He gets along well with other dogs and is very gentle with them. Although he hasn't had a chance to meet any cat friends yet, his foster mom believes he would also be gentle with them. When meeting strangers, he can be a bit timid initially. He’s not aggressive; he just needs some time to adjust to new family members and environments. Please be patient as he becomes more comfortable with you! :) Although he’s a little apprehensive about bathing, he manages well and enjoys being brushed. He has excellent grooming habits and good walking manners. He is pee-pad trained with an 80% success rate and is making progress! Bebe is not a big barker and is a very calm boy. He may experience a bit of separation anxiety, but he only howls for about 3 to 5 minutes before settling down. While he isn’t a fan of being in a crate, he remains calm when asked to stay there. Though he may be a bit shy at first, Bebe is such a sweet, calm, and affectionate boy who loves to be cuddled by his family. Would you be his loving pawrents who will spoil him with affection? Meet Cotton!! Cotton was rescued from illegal puppy mill by our Dorothy Rescue. Behaviours from foster home : Cotton is a calm and sweet girl who craves love and affection. Currently staying with other dog in her foster home, she gets along well with her, although she may prefer to keep her distance from overly hyper pups. She is comfortable around cats, usually observing them from a distance. Cotton is great with both adults and children, taking her time to approach strangers and greet them quietly. While she tends to be calm, she can also be playful and will sometimes nibble her foster mom's hand when she's excited. Though she’s a bit apprehensive about bathing, she handles it well and enjoys being brushed. Cotton has excellent walking manners and is pee-pad trained. She’s not a big barker, but she might bark happily when excited or to warn other hyper dogs. She doesn’t suffer from separation anxiety and enjoys resting in her kennel, even if she isn’t kennel-trained. Cotton is a gentle, loving girl who truly deserves a forever home.
