Please read the entire bio for this rescue, it will provide all the information that one needs to decide if they would like to apply to adopt from SCMR.Draco is a 5 yr old, 7 lb, male Maltese with lots of love to give to the right home.  He would be fine in a home with older folks, since he loves to cuddle and snuggle!  He will stand on two feet for you to pick him up and cradle him in your arms.    Draco would be happy in a calm, quiet home as he is frightened by loud noise. In an excited/frightened state Draco will bite strangers. He can be put in a crate when visitors come by, and will be just fine until they leave.   He plays with the puppies and adult dogs at his foster's home but would love to get all of the attention from you. He also enjoys walks, car rides, cats, children and showing affection by licking.    Draco wears a belly band inside and goes outside for business.   Because of his young age, Please see our Senior for Senior adoption policy, the link to our website is https://www.scmradoption.com/policies   He is being loved in Largo, Fl while waiting for you. Out-of-state adoptions are possible; however, the approved adoptive home is responsible for making the necessary arrangements to pick up their new little one.   To be considered to adopt me, please fill out an APPLICATION.   NOTE: SCMR DOES NOT adopt to homes with children under the age of 10 years or homes with Electric Fences.
