Story
By now you’ve probably heard of the horrific neglect case that resulted in Releash Atlanta taking on lots of poodles! Well, Birdie here is one of them! This little lady is approximately 2 years old and about 7lbs (should gain a pound or two), and is likely a purebred mini poodle, but we don’t know for sure. She is THE SWEETEST DOG her foster has ever taken in! Birdie is your little shadow, and she spends her days snoozing on the couch beside you, or on your lap. Birdie is doing well with house training, but not 100% so needs a patient adopter to help get her all the way there! She goes in a crate when her foster isn’t home, but isn’t the biggest fan of it - but who can blame her after her past! Because of her potential to bark when crated, she requires a home with no shared walls (apartment, certain townhomes, etc). She does sleep in bed with her foster mom all night with 0 issues or accidents, and potties as soon as her feet hit the ground outside, she’s a good girl! She walks well on a leash, gets along great with other dogs, rides wonderfully in the car, and is literally the sweetest little thing to everyone she’s met! Birdies WHOLE body wags, not just her tail. Birdie’s ideal home would have another friendly, small dog to help her gain confidence and show her the ropes, and maybe even play with her! She doesn’t NEED a fenced in yard but that’s a bonus! She would do best in a home with someone who isn’t gone all day since she doesn’t love being in her crate. Thank you for your interest in one of our furry kids! Adopting from Releash Atlanta means you will adopt a dog that has been fully vaccinated, spayed/neutered, microchipped and medically cleared!! While we make our best guesses, we often don’t know what breeds our kiddos are made of. We cannot guarantee our guesses will always be right but CAN guarantee they are 100% good dogs! Our adoption fee is $350. **We only adopt to families in/around Atlanta, Ga (about a 1-2 hour perimeter)** If you are interested in any of our dogs, please visit https://releashatlanta.com/adoptable-dogs.php to either view more of their profile or to apply to adopt! Story
Meet Tinsel! This sweet, gentle, blue-eyed boy is looking for his forever home. Tinsel is a 2-year-old, 19-pound Poodle mix with the softest fur and the kindest heart. He’s a little shy at first, but warms up quickly letting his sweet personality shine through. Tinsel was rescued from a backyard breeder situation where he endured deplorable living conditions till the owner was arrested. He has adjusted very quickly to a very different life in his foster home. Tinsel loves to play—whether it’s chasing after balls, pouncing on squeaky toys, or romping around the yard with a furry friend. He needs another dog in his new home to help him build confidence and show him the ropes. A securely fenced yard is a must so he can enjoy his playtime safely! While he’s still working on leash walking, Tinsel is eager to learn with a patient and loving family. He’s great with kids and would thrive in a home with kids over 5yo. If you’re looking for a gentle, loving pup who will reward you with unconditional love, Tinsel might be the perfect match! Apply to adopt today and give this precious boy the home he deserves. www.releashatlanta.com Thank you for your interest in one of our furry kids! Story
Requirement: secure fenced yard Meet Pearl! This stunning 2-year-old, 10lb poodle (possibly a mix) has the most gorgeous “red phantom merle” coat. But Pearl isn’t just a beauty—she’s as sweet as they come! Pearl loves to cuddle, play with toys, and is very food motivated. Like all poodles, she will require regular brushing and grooming to keep her coat in top shape. Pearl adores adults and gets along well with other dogs in the home. However, she does not enjoy the company of children, so she needs a child-free home where she won’t be expected to interact with kids. She’s still learning to walk on a leash and is a flight risk, so a secure, 4ft+ physical fence with no gaps is a must. Pearl came from a hoarding/cruelty case and is still working on her potty training, but she’s making great progress! She’s also crate trained and has been accident-free when left alone in a crate for up to 3-4 hours. If you’re looking for a loving companion and can provide Pearl with the safe, patient home she deserves, apply today! She’s sure to steal your heart. Story
Vincent van Gogh is a 2 year old, 8 lb Poodle mix who came to the rescue from a 150+ dog hoarding case. Despite that, he is incredibly sweet and loving. Vincent loves snuggles, being held, and lap time. He is a great work from home buddy and constant companion. He does enjoy playing and being silly, but overall, he just wants to be with his person or people. He is doing well with house-training on a schedule. He needs some work on the basics like jumping up, because he obviously never had any rules in his former situation. Because Vincent previously lived with so many dogs, he is really fond of being the center of attention in his foster home and doesn't enjoy sharing his humans with other pets. For that reason, we are looking to place him into a home as an only pet. He is perfectly fine meeting other dogs outside of the house and playing with them. To adopt him, please apply on www.orphanannierescue.org His adoption fee is $350, which includes his shots up-to-date, microchipping, neuter, heartworm testing, and dental cleaning.

Story
Rosa is a 1-year-old, 16 lb poodle mix who is looking for a patient and loving forever home. This sweet girl has a heart full of love and is eager to form a bond with her human. Rosa adores her foster mom and craves attention. Though Rosa came from a tough background, she’s resilient and learning how to be a dog. She’s full of energy and loves to play, especially with her person – if you’re looking for a playful pup, Rosa is your girl! She’s currently working on house training and would do best in a home where her new family can continue to guide and support her through this process. Rosa thrives when she feels safe, and once she’s comfortable with you, she’ll reward you with the sweetest snuggles. She’s a loving and loyal companion who will be forever grateful for your patience and care. Rosa will need a family that understands her needs and is willing to provide the time and attention she deserves to grow into the confident, happy dog she’s meant to be! Rosa is crate-trained but doesn't love to be crated, and she is working on house-training. She is fostered with other dogs and does well with them but can sometimes get jealous if they approach when she's snuggling with her human. To adopt her, please apply on www.orphanannierescue.org Her adoption fee is $350, which includes her shots up-to-date, microchipping, spay, heartworm testing, and dental cleaning.

Story
Pablo Picasso is a little over 1 year old and 22 lbs. He is a moyen poodle. He came to us from a hoarding case with over 150 dogs living in filth. Picasso was extremely matted, so he had to be shaved down. The entire time our groomer was removing his painful mats, he gave her kisses. Picasso is a very friendly, loving dog. He adores other dogs and enjoys racing around the yard with his foster dog siblings and playing tug of war with them too. He likes to be near you and will curly up next to his foster mom on the sofa. He also sleeps in bed with her. He is cat friendly, too. Picasso is working on behaviors such as jumping up and counter surfing, but his forever family will need to continue working with him on this and other basics. He is crate-trained and doing well with house-training. As you can imagine, he didn't receive training prior to being rescued. Due to his breed, Picasso will need to be combed and brushed consistently and he will need to be on a regular grooming schedule. He is an active boy who needs a family who will ensure he gets plenty of exercise. A nice bonus would be a playful dog he can run around with and play with. We think he would do well with children, especially if they will play with him. To adopt Pablo Picasso, please apply on www.orphanannierescue.org His adoption fee is $350, which includes his shots up-to-date, microchipping, neuter, heartworm testing, and dental cleaning.
