Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Bruhno Bruhno is still a work in progress.  Bruhno is a very shy English Mastiff.  He is learning to walk on a leash and ride in cars. Bruhno is good with other dogs and was raised with children.  It will be a while before we feel he is ready for adoption. His future "furever" family will need to be prepared for the long haul. Bruhno is terrified of new situations.  His main and immediate response is to immediately empty his bladder  Any adopters will have to be prepared for this.  He is house trained; this is a fear response. If you are interested in Bruhno or any of our fosters, please go to our website at www.mastiffrescueoregon.org, click on adoption info, and submit an application online. An application is required for any meet and greet. All of our fosters are in private homes.  Please be courteous, and do not call prior to 8:00am or after 8:00pm  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 12:21 am

Story
**fostered in Marysville, WA and ready for meet and greets!** Meet Lehi aka Rosie! She is currently 5 months old, 48 lbs, and we think she may be a Mastiff or possibly Anatolian Sheperd / Labador Retriever mix, but with rescue it’s always a guess! What we do know is that Lehi Rosie will be a large or x-large dog when fully grown and will be perfect for loading up in the car and heading out to all of the fun outdoor adventures you can dream of! Watch Lehi Rosie's video here: Lehi Rosie is playful, but not rambunctious, and loves to curl up for a good snooze after getting out some puppy zoomies! She is great at self-entertainment, and will take herself to the crate for a good chew session, followed by a nap. Lehi Rosie is a bit of a social butterfly! She will make new friends everywhere she goes, 2 legged and 4 legged alike! She's the kind of girl who can hold her own at a party, happily soaking up all the love and attention from each new friend she meets, and doesn't mind the loud and busy activities going on around her, but also loves to be at home with you curled up and watching a movie. She also rides really well in the car, making her an excellent co-pilot! She met a 10 year old boy, and did great! Because she's on the larger side, and can be a tad jumpy, we would probably recommend kids 5 and up. Lehi Rosie met a really grumpy cat, and while she was mildly curious, she was smart enough to know to stay clear, and really couldn't have cared less. If you've got a dog savvy cat, I think Lehi Rosie wouldn't mind being a gentle canine sibling to them. Lehi Rosie is currently fostered with four adult dogs who range from 15 pounds to 50 pounds and is so respectful of all of them! If they don't want to play, she will leave them alone and go find her own thing to do. Lehi Rosie's favorite things are chew bones, and large sticks in the yard! She loves to dig them out of the bushes and proudly walk or run around with them dragging behind her. LOL! It's so funny to watch! She is getting much better with recall now that she is getting used to her name, and loves to hear your praise for being a "good girl". She also has the CUTEST little booty wiggles EVER when she's happy and excited
