Story
Meet Daisy!Daisy is a 1-year-old, 65-pound Mastiff mix with a heart as big as her paws! Rescued as a stray in poor condition, Daisy has been thriving in her foster home and steadily gaining weight. She’s blossomed into a sweet, loving girl who adores bedtime cuddles and following her humans everywhere—they’ll never be alone with her around!Still a playful pup, Daisy has plenty of energy and is house trained and still learning the ropes of training like not jumping on you in excitement. She’s a smart cookie and eager to please, so with patience and consistency, she’ll become an amazing companion. Daisy loves playing with bigger, higher-energy dogs, like her foster family’s huskies, and has shown promise around cats. While she’s still learning to respect feline boundaries, she’s making great progress.Watching Daisy discover toys and grow into her happy, playful self is nothing short of heartwarming. She’s ready to bring her big heart and loyal spirit into a forever home that will love her unconditionally. Could Daisy be your perfect match?IMPORTANT: Please read all below, especially if you live outside of Texas, which is where our rescue is located.Apply to adopt on our website: https://www.charmingpetrescue.org/adoptAll of our animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and up to date on shots.ALL of our animals are located in Boerne, TX, but transport after adoption is available to other states for a $300 fee for dogs or an additional fee varying by location for cats. If you are seeing our pets posted in your state, that's because you live near a transport stop, they are not currently at that location. Petfinder lists our pets as 'Out of Town' pets at other locations, and Adopt-a-Pet lists our location as a Transport stop. Those are currently the only options they offer to make this clear, so we put this description we've put at the bottom to explain it. You can read more about transport here: www.charmingpetrescue.org/transportWe understand transport is not an option for everyone, but we offer it at the cost we pay the transport company for those who wish to adopt from us.December 4, 2024, 3:44 pm

Story
This 1-year-old, Bully/Mastiff/Corso/Shepherd mix is a sweet and playful pup who radiates happiness—just wait until you see her signature smile! Currently weighing 52 pounds, Tina is an energetic pup who thrives on attention, and will fit right in with an active family who will shower her with love. Tina’s favorite things include zoomies in the yard, gnawing on her favorite bones, and being the ultimate house watchdog—nothing gets past her keen senses! Tina needs a home with a secure 6-foot fence to give her the outdoor playtime she craves. She plays great with kids and enjoys interacting with other dogs, though she may bark at them from her yard when on a leash. While she’s still young, she is still learning how to be a good roommate. Tina is house-trained, but she occasionally has accidents and could use a little patience as she perfects her potty habits. During the day, you can see she will chew on her bones and toys, but also anything else she can find. She’s crate-trained and sees her crate as her safe haven. She’s also never shy about her feelings and uses her voice to express herself, making her an effective and endearing alarm system. Because of this, she will not be a good fit for homes with shared walls (apartments/townhomes).If you’re looking for a sweet, smiley, and playful furry friend who will bring boundless energy and affection to your life, Tina might just be your perfect match! If you are interested in this dog, fill out an application at this link to get the ball rolling - https://pethavenmn.org/adopt/adoptable-dogs/dog-adoption-application/The adoption fee is $450. Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, heartworm/Lyme test, all age-appropriate vaccinations (distemper, rabies, and Bordetella), heartworm and flea/tick preventatives, and microchip implant (including registration). Adoption fees INCLUDE a mandatory sales tax of 7.525%. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. Due to post-adoption services provided, we prefer to adopt within a 150-mile radius of the Twin Cities. However, we will consider up to 250 miles if the foster agrees to travel requirements and staff approval.

Story
This 1-year-old Mastiff mix has a striking brindle coat and a big personality to match! Weighing 52 pounds, Chomps is an energetic and playful girl with a flair for the dramatic, prancing and galloping like a little horse around the yard. She is ready to find a family that will appreciate her quirks and help her continue to grow into the amazing dog she’s meant to be.Crate-trained and house-trained (with an occasional accident), Chomps loves to snuggle in bed or curl up with a blanket she’s pulled into her crate. She loves chewing on toys and bones, a habit that inspired her adorable name! Be prepared for lots of enthusiastic nibbling and endless bone-chewing sessions. While she's still learning how to be the best roommate, she is vocal and will let you know how she’s feeling, so she’s not a good fit for homes with shared walls (apartments/condos).Chomps thrives on attention and loves to play! She’s great with kids of all ages, but her high-energy play style and tendency to jump mean she’ll need guidance to play appropriately. A confident resident dog will be required to help her learn the ropes, and her future family should help to continue her socialization. While she hasn’t met cats yet, she’d likely do well in a structured and supervised introduction. With her higher energy level, she’ll need daily exercise—walks, playtime, or any activity to keep her busy. Chomps' future home will need a fenced yard to give her space to run and play. If you’re looking for a high-energy, fun-loving, and affectionate dog who will keep you entertained and shower you with love, Chomps is ready to be your new best friend! If you are interested in this dog, fill out an application at this link to get the ball rolling - https://pethavenmn.org/adopt/adoptable-dogs/dog-adoption-application/The adoption fee is $450. Story
Hi, I'm Darcy, and I absolutely love life and everyone I come into contact with! I'm a 2-year-old mastiff mix (may be some husky in there) and a big girl at 77 pounds. I love being outside to run and play, and I would love a fenced in yard. I do pretty well on a leash anIdwould make an excellent walking or running buddy. I know some basic commands and do well in the kennel during the day. I am also potty trained. I'm great with other dogs and kids, though sometimes I don't know how big I am. I overflow with love sometimes! If you're looking for a big play and running mate, and don't mind kisses, I'm your new best friend! Apply to adopt at www.campcompanion.org Adoption fee is $300 plus tax.
