Cardi is currently housed at Rochester Animal Control. Meet Cardi! This beautiful girl is looking for her forever home. She has been bounced around a little in her short life, and she is looking for a family who will put a stop to that. One who can commit to loving and caring for her for her entire life. She has lived with other dogs in the past, but can be selective so she would need to meet any potential doggie friends before going to her new home. Cardi was a bit underweight when she arrived to Animal Control, she`s been gaining weight and is currently up to 86 pounds, but has some more to gain. She would do best going to a family who has XL dog breed experience. If you think Cardi is the one for you, apply online! Applications for adoption can be found on the homepage of the website. Hi, my name is Raven! I came from Alabama after my owner of 3 years passed away. I’m still getting used to Minnesota and can’t wait for the snow! My previous owner said that I am part Mastiff, German Shephard and Huskie. I’m a super cute and chill dog. I take just a little extra time to feel comfortable when strangers come to my foster home. My foster mom said I am a little overweight so we go on a ton of walks which I love! I have gone potty a couple times while on the leash, but I’m not totally comfortable yet. I prefer a fenced yard because of that. I like being by my foster family wherever they are. I even get to sleep in their bed with them! I am spoiled. I think I would do better having another dog in the house that I can hang out with. I hope you will give me a chance! I have so much love to give. --------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption. Hi! I’m Luna and I came from Alabama after my owner of 3 years passed away. My foster parents take me on 2 long walks everyday so I am really liking Minnesota. I think I will love the snow! I am very loyal to my foster family. I think that I need to protect them while we are on walks so I pull on the leash and don't love seeing other dogs. I’m working at this and hopefully will learn that I can just enjoy my surroundings. I really love my foster family, and I get to sleep with them at night. I follow them around when they are home and can’t wait for them to get home from work. I pretty much just sleep on their bed when they are at work. I like to have all their attention so I think I would do best if I was the only dog in your home. I’m uncertain of new people that come to my foster home. I take a little bit of time to warm up. I am waiting for that perfect home that I can give all my love to. Hi, I'm Darcy, and I absolutely love life and everyone I come into contact with! I'm a 2-year-old mastiff mix (may be some husky in there) and a big girl at 77 pounds. I love being outside to run and play, and I would love a fenced in yard. With a little leash training, I would make an excellent walking or running buddy. I know some basic commands and do well in the kennel during the day. I am also potty trained. I'm great with other dogs and kids, though sometimes I don't know how big I am. Thor was rescued from the euthanasia list at the shelter after being picked up as a stray. He is a very sweet guy with such a wonderful disposition.
