Shelter Visiting Hours are 12 pm to 4 pm Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Please fill out an adoption application at mamcorescue.org or attend one of our Saturday adoption event. Events are held each Saturday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm at our office: 2721 W Oxford Ave., Suite 6 Englewood, CO 80110 *In order to protect our puppies, we do not allow puppies to attend open events until they have a minimum of two vaccinations. Puppies who are available, but not listed on our weekly Facebook event, are considered "deposit only" puppies. These puppies will only attend the event IF they are reserved through a deposit. You can check the list of puppies attending the open event by checking the event:https://www.facebook.com/MAMCORescue At MAMCO we understand that in order to continue rescuing moms and babies, we must stretch our finances as far as we are able. For this reason we use variable adoption pricing. By assigning higher adoption fees to high demand moms and puppies, we are able to rescue more families in need. The money raised through these adoptions acts as a benefactor to moms and puppies in our care who require expensive veterinary treatments, have behavioral issues, or need more time to find a home. We often reduce the adoption fees on these harder-to-place moms and puppies to help them find forever families. Adoption fees vary. Applications can be filled out at mamcorescue.org. ##735151##

Story
Meet Koda, the ultimate best friend. This gentle giant is loving, playful and strong. He's looking for an adopter who can keep him active and has lots of tiime to play! He has a great time chasing tennis balls (although he doesn't always bring them back), and he loves romping in the snow. He's a sucker for treats, but his favorite thing is affection. We recommend older kids in Koda's new home.January 26, 2025, 6:40 pm

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Aella wants to be a lap dog. She could easily cover two laps, of course, but size isn't an issue to her. She just wants to be loved. Young and energetic, Aella is a good walker and enjoys being outside, but after a quick run around the play yard, she heads back to her person for what she really wants: affection. She likes hard toys and doesn't like being alone. Because of her size and energy level, we recommend older kids in her new home.January 26, 2025, 8:09 pm

Story
Sweetpea is a gentle and shy girl with a heart full of love to share. She enjoys quiet walks where she can sniff out new spots and take in the world at her own pace. Sweetpea thrives on affection but has been fearful of other dogs, so she may do best as the only dog in the home or with a calm, respectful companion. If youâ&#194&#128&#194&#153re looking for a tender-hearted friend to cherish, Sweetpea could be the one for you!January 28, 2025, 1:19 pm

Story
Maya had been living in an orphanage outside Tijuana, Mexico- she was born and raised on the orphanage land. On the orphanage she played with dog friends, big and small, and kids of course! Maya is a total, sweetheart! She wanted us to add to her dating profile that she loves Mac & cheese and she does not love long walks on the beach- more like short cuddles on the couch. She has learned to use stairs in her foster home! In her foster home, Maya is still figuring out her place in the pack and seems a bit unsure of how to interact with other dogs. When she tries to play, she tends to be more focused on mouthing, jumping on, and humping in a way that comes across as dominant rather than playful, which can be a lil intimidating for other dogs & people. We can tell she really wants to play, but she needs to learn how to do it in a way that’s safe and appropriate. We’re working with her on this, but it’s something to consider if her future family has other dogs. Maya is being fostered in Foxfield, Colorado. ##2262848##
