You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Introducing Isaiah! At just short of 4 years old, Isaiah is a maltese poodle mix looking for his forever family. Isaiah is a very loved boy and joined us after the unexpected loss of his owner. This young guy has lots of energy to go around, but also enjoys lounging around to chill as well. Isaiah currently lives with a foster sibling and has done daycare before so he does do well with other dogs, however he has not been cat or child tested at this time. Isaiah is a big people person and tends to make sure his foster mom is always within sight. He also enjoys cuddling up with her at night for bedtime! Isiah would love a family that loves him as he will love them!   Isaiah's adoption fee is $300 and includes his neuter, microchip, current vaccinations and preventatives plus a basic training course at Cedar Run Company in Hiawatha. If you would like to meet Isaiah, please submit an adoption application for consideration through our website, Adopthope.org. Miss Doodle Bop! This sweet, and might I add, ADORABLE little girl is prepped and ready for just about any home willing to love on her, and let her give all the loves! While Doodle is just a little shy at first, she warms up like it's nothing with a few treats, a toy squeak, or a gentle voice. She is a true darling girl, and we can't get enough of her, and just how soft she is! Much preferring to spend her time near her people, she does love to play, as well! Often bringing over a stuffie, ball, or even tug to interact with, it is so adorable! Doodle's favorite activities are obviously cuddling, but she LOVES treat puzzles, and any game that really makes her think, she's a smart little girl! She's crate-trained, AND knows her basics! Using her crate-training to house-break her perfectly will be so easy! She doesn't mind much at all if you toss her a bone, or even a stuffie! My adoption fee is only $310! Story
Luca was surrendered to his groomer by his previous owners husband after she unexpectedly passed away, he had health issues of his own and was unable to care for Luca. His groomer made a post on Facebook that he was free to a good home, we already had another Maltese/Bichon the same age so thought we could give him a good home. The groomer knew little about him in his everyday life, she thought he was good with children, however he does not do well with small children, he does great with about 10 yrs and up. I have multiple small grandchildren and do not trust him around them. Luca is leery of some males as well. Luca becomes attached very quickly with females and loves to be loved. He likes to be very close at all times, he will snuggle and will follow you around the house, he does like to sleep with you at night but is also kennel trained. He does get kenneled when we leave as this is what he was used to before we got him. Luca loves to go for car rides, he is 11 years old.
