Fill out the form, save it to your hard drive, then email back to sian@gingerspetrescue.org Hi!  My name is Molly from Korea and I am a wonderful approximately 3 year old female Labrador Retriever.  I weigh approximately 54 lbs. and so excited to find my new forever home.  I am very happy, affectionate, smart, and friendly.  I was saved from the Korean kill shelter where I was due to be euthanized. The activists came and saved me and I can't wait to come to America and find a family to love and care for me forever.  Approximately over a million dogs a year are slaughtered to be eaten.  I am so lucky to get a one-way ticket to Seattle to find my new family.  Take me on car rides, walks in the park, and I will become your best friend.  I get along well with people of all ages, gentle kids, and other dogs.  I will do best with a loving family that can give me lots of love, and affection!  On all overseas adoption, we highly recommend our pet rescue dog trainer who will help train your new pup.  My adoption fee of $1,495 will cover my spay/neuter, DA2PP shots, Rabies, Bordetella, Deworm, Heart Worm Test, Microchip, Boarding Fees, Health Certificate and airline transport cost from Korea to Seattle.   A GPS tracker or Apple Air Tag is required for all adopted dogs. You can bring your own when adopting or you can purchase an Air Tag from us   We cannot guarantee breed or age. The adoption fee is firm and helps save the life of another dog needing rescue and our other dogs in need of medical care.  Donations are always appreciated to help pay down our vet bills at Greenwood Vet.  Ginger's Pet Rescue is a non-profit 501C-3 organization.  The adoption fee is donated to the rescue and is tax deductible.   Please e-mail   admin@gingerspetrescue.org   for an adoption application. Story
HI - I'M STANLEY the handsome lab mix -- and first things first, I tested well with other dogs and cats, too! I have a bit of a sordid past, though. I had lousy owners, and was confiscated by the sheriffs and brought to a scary shelter. Due to the extreme overcrowding at the shelter, I was in danger of being euthanized. Thankfully I was rescued and now I'm surrounded by people who love me -- but I still need a forever home! I am a happy-go-lucky boy and so overjoyed to be alive. I tested well with other dogs, and I love to go on walks and hang out with people. I'm young and full of life and would make a great hiking buddy. I'm affectionate and sweet and would love nothing more than to become your best friend. I am only 3 years old and weigh about 65 pounds. Can you welcome me into your home?

Story
HI - I'M HANK! I'm a 3-year-old Labrador-Pit mix in need of a foster or forever home. I'm a great boy and I spend part of my day hanging out with my brother Holt, who also needs a home. I'm the shy one and Holt is more outgoing. We could be adopted together or apart. I'm a fun-loving happy guy once I get to know you. I would really love a quiet home with people who could take me on walks, hikes or other outings - or simply hang out on the couch. Can you foster or adopt me? Please email for an application.

MEET HOLT! Holt is an almost 2-year-old Black Lab mix (possibly part pit), in need of a foster or forever home. He is a good, happy boy who is full of life, and still a puppy at heart. He is dog friendly, people friendly and affectionate! He is loyal, gentle and smart! While he loves companionship, he also can be independent and dignified. Holt needs an active person or people as he's quite athletic and will benefit from regular exercise, like walks, hikes or runs. He pulls a bit on a leash but is easily corrected. He is a sweet boy, and weighs between 60 and 70 lbs approximately. Please email for an application.

Story
MEET SWEET LUKE! Luke is a happy & lovable 3-1/2-year-old Pit/Boxer mix in need of a foster or forever home! He had been adopted, but his owner died, and so he went back into the rescue. He has a wonderful disposition; he gets along great with other dogs and is very loving and affectionate to his people. He also loves to fetch balls and bring them back to you. Luke also isn't a big barker, unless someone barks at him. He walks well on a leash, and is a strong boy. He doesn't shed much! Luke also loves treats and is very treat motivated. He was rescued from a California shelter originally after he became urgent for lack of space. While there, he was kenneled with another female dog and did great. He's been tested with numerous dogs and has done well with everyone. He's a loving, easygoing boy. Luke currently weighs about 60 lbs and needs a foster or forever home. Please email for an application.

Are you the outdoors type? Like to camp and hang out at the lake? Shelley built to handle all that and more. She loves the water, big sticks, squirrel patrol and hanging with her peeps on the dock. (She also loves soft beds and snuggles.) Shelley came to us with a litter of pups but has found the single life much more to her liking. She's had all of her vetting, is both crate and potty trained. She's a great traveler too. Shelley is only about 3 years old and is a manageable 45 pound lab mix. She loves the water and likes to fish. Shelley wants a home of her own more than anything. She iis located in Texas but transportation can be arranged with weekly trips to the PNW. Apply at Saverescue.org/adoptionapplication. #waterdog

Story
The FIRST thing anyone says about Walker is "he's so calm". Walker has the most gentle, kind personality and you can see it in his eyes as he looks to find what it is you want him to do. Walker is excellent with children, laying down so he will not overpower them, and gently taking pets and treats. This sweet nature also allows him to be perfect with smaller dogs and puppies and even cats. Walker has completed puppy training and knows all his commands and is excellent on a leash. His trainer said he should sail through Canine Good Citizen as he was a quick learner and very smart. Walker likes cuddling on the couch, taking walks, playing with other dogs and just being very chill.I really cant say enough good things about this pup. He was found as a stray with 6 other siblings and every one has had the most amazing temperament. Walker was the last to leave the horrible conditions they were found in. All are now adopted and it is now Walkers turn. Walker is available for adoption from Texas and we have transports leaving for the PNW almost every week. SAVERESCUE.ORG/adoptionapplication

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. MARVIN was recently transported from a shelter to one of our fosters where he recovered from a broken leg and is learning what a caring home feels like.  While at the foster he will be taught to potty outside, how to walk on a leash, basic commands, and socialized with other animals and humans. MARVIN is bouncy, energetic, happy, and sweet. He has loved every dog and person he has met, takes new experiences in stride (like swimming, going on his first hike, experiencing his first snow, getting bathed, visiting the pet store) Fortunately, MARVIN's  broken leg is fully healed, but he doesn't walk quite right and falls over if he runs too fast. He will likely be a wobbly guy even when he's grown up. He may not move his hind end "perfectly" but he doesn't let it stop him! He still loves to run, jump, wrestle with other dogs, and chase toys. He's even learning how to swim! MARVIN is almost potty trained and working on his crate training. He loves car rides and does really well playing with the other puppies in puppy class. He would love an energetic companion to play with at home! He will be your little shadow, following you around the house, curious about what you're doing, and will thrive with the normal training that puppies need to be good family members. A future furver home should have very few steps in the hose because MARVIN easily falls if he tries to climb too many stairs.  As he ages there is a chance his leg may affect him more.  He needs a family who can commit to taking care of him now and furever, If you are interested in adopting MARVIN please complete our adoption application.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.December 10, 2024, 9:13 pm

Story
These adorable lab mix puppies are now just a little over 3mo old, weigh approx 15lbs, and they’re each ready for their own, forever homes. They are all very sweet tempered, somewhat timid babies that need a loving, experienced home that will help boost their confidence, and give them lots of affection. They love to have their head rubbed! To also help them become more confident, each little girl should have another dog in the home to play and cuddle with, and to learn from. They are also wonderful with the kitties. They need training and they learn very quickly so lots of training games are a must. They are always eager to get outside to run and explore so a five foot or higher fenced yard is required. They are gentle tempered puppies but because they still need manners and to learn not to jump for a greeting, kids must be over 8yrs old. They are still too young to be spayed do their surgery will be scheduled at the time of adoption. If you are interested in meeting these precious sweet pups please email k9cabbie@gmail.com and include your phone number.  Adoption fee is $485.December 12, 2024, 12:33 pm

Hi there, Fiona here, I am so happy that you are reading my profile, that must mean that you are looking for a gorgeous young dog because that is what I am. I am a bit shy when it comes to meeting new people but it doesn't take long to warm up especially if there is a treat involved. I love to play with my 3 siblings who haven't been adopted yet either. I like other dogs as long as I have some time to get to know them. I am a medium-energy dog I think. I mean I like to play and run and walk and all that but I do like to relax too. I will pretty much follow your lead. I need some work on my manners, so if you have some time to teach me I am a quick learner. If you think we could be a good match then just please fill out an adoption application and we can meet on a Zoom call. Yours, Fiona To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo. There you will see any videos, more photos and details.

Hi, I am Paris,Yes, like the city. I don’t speak French, but I do understand Spanish!I am generally a calm dog who likes to play with other dogs when we are introduced. I am still a young do and if you know Labs you know we stay puppy-like for a few years. I love to play with toys and my favorite is balls. If you would throw the ball for me I would love it. I like to play with children too, but I haven’t been around cats before so I am not sure how we would get along. I am good with car rides especially if they end up at the beach. I am not much for swimming, but I love to run in the water and splash everyone!I know that I need to go outside to do my business and I have some basic commands down, but I will still need work with walking on a leash. I hope you will be the one who can help me with that.If it sounds like we could be a family, then just fill out the application and we can meet on a Zoom call.Loving life withParis To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo.
