Delilah is said to be the sibling of Rajah, Great with dogs, cats and people. Saved from Kurth Memorial Shelter in Lufkin TX. Please apply at shaynesrescue.com Sweet and great with cats describes basically all of the dogs we get from this shelter. The last three that came off transport, literally we had approved applications and they were all adopted the next day! Sometimes they even pre adopt (ask us how that works). Cat and dog tested and did great... loves everyone. To the best of our knowledge her and Rajah are sister siblings. If you’re looking for a soft-hearted dog. Shelter volunteers say these two girls are uber sweet, great on the leash and pretty calm for young dogs, She’s always ready to share love and joy. 💙 Delilah is great with other dogs, does well with kids we would think, and is even friendly with cats see her video! — making her a wonderful fit for almost any home. Many dogs are impossible to say the breeds but it is anyone's guess. As we know, mutts statistically speaking will live longer and have less vet bills!. All of our Lufkin Kurth Texas dogs were hand selected and are literally their favorites. Everyone who has adopted adores their dogs. Please do apply!!! All our dogs are spay/neutered, current on DHPP and rabies shots, microchipped, tested hw negative, so all of that is done. Our adoptions include professional dog rescue transport to WA and health certificates (vet visit just prior to coming to WA). Birdie is a sweet, sweet chocolate lab who's five to six years old. I adopted her about a year and a half ago. She's totally house trained and loves to snuggle, play fetch, and look at you lovingly. I am unfortunately allergic to her! She could use a little work on greeting people at the door and leash training with other dogs around. We live in the country and haven't had the chance to do much of either. She is just a great dog, though. We love her and will be so sad to see her go.

Hello, this is Koda, he's a 2.5 year old german shepherd black lab that I rescued from a trailer park as a baby. I'm putting him up for adoption because my work schedule is about to double in hours and he deserves someone that will be able to take care of him and not have him be stuck in a kennel all day. He is VERY energetic and loves to play and go on walks and will try and jump on people and lick their faces when he sees people. He is kennel trained and house trained and is very good at telling you when he needs to go to the bathroom. He does great with cats and dogs he's familiar with, but he will bark at dogs that he is unfamiliar with. I want to see him go to a good home where he'll be loved and get to enjoy life all the time instead of spend most of his life in a kennel

He is about 70#, house trained and VERY friendly. He is strong on the leash but calms down once you start walking. He is HAPPY, HAPPY, HAPPY and you have to sometimes tell him to calm down. He needs exercise daily…not good for an apartment. He loves other dogs and all people. When in my house he is not interested in my cats. He’s not a fence jumper/climber/digger. https://youtu.be/0tWFta4-A6k This dog is CURRENTLY IN TEXAS and available for pre-adoption. Adoptions include neuter/spay, vaccinations (DHPP, Bordetella, Rabies), microchip, health certificate, transport with our professional dog transporter, and 6 mos of heart worm prevention. You will receive the dog's folder with all the printouts proving the medical treatments received. You can ask us about how pre-adoption works and our "trial period."
