Ace is a great dog I adopted months ago. He is very playful and athletic. I have to rehome ace due to the fact I work too much and he is always caged for his personality. Also ace has severe allergies that I just cannot seem to clear.

I Adopted Mr Man from Richmond SPCA in September, he is 6.5yrs old, very calm dog that loves attention and laying on you getting rubs, he’s very food motivated and gets excited whenever it’s time to eat. I’m hoping he can go somewhere with a yard, he likes to lay down in grassy areas. He likes to play with and kick around soccer/basketballs. He really is just a big old man baby honestly

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN LUIGI, PLEASE GO TO Lab Rescue of Greater Richmond (labrescue-richmond.com) AND COMPLETE AN APPLICATION. From his current foster: 1 year old • Black Mix • 55lbs Dog friendly • Dog-savvy cat friendly (fostered with a cat but will chase cats outside the home) Adult only home Medium energy Luigi loves to start his mornings off by giving you kisses, and then a lengthy walk followed by breakfast time! After that, he's ready for a nice looonnngggg nap. He's an angel during the day while his foster parents work and loves to lay at their feet if they are working from home. If they go into the office, he's a true gentleman while they're away and doesn't mess with anything! In the afternoons and evenings, Luigi is ecstatic for more walks, playtime with doggy friends, or yard play. Once tuckered out from exercising, he adores snuggling right up on his human for TV time and enjoys helping you taste test that popcorn! For bedtime, Luigi either sleeps in the bed with his foster parents or sleeps on a dog bed next to his foster mama. During the day you can find him napping in his crate or on the sofa. Luigi has grown up with all sorts of big dogs and enjoys playing most with Pitties, Great Danes, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Shepherds, etc - he gets so excited to see his friends for playdates! Some of Luigi's favorite toys are Benebones, he has a stuffed elephant he loves, Chuckit! Kick Fetch ball, he is learning how to catch a frisbee, crinkly BARK toys, a stuffed Kong, and a good 'ol fashioned stick! Luigi is quirky about feeding time. He likes to be away from the hustle and bustle of the kitchen, people, and other dogs, and enjoys a quiet, private room where he can savor his food at his own pace. He either eats off a snuffle mat, a lickmat, or is scatter fed. Luigi is super thrilled about car rides and jumps right in, ready to hit the road! He enjoys hanging his head out the window to catch the breeze. If you are interested in Luigi, please go to Lab Rescue of Greater Richmond (labrescue-richmond.com) and complete an application. **COURTESY LISTING**

Story
Stella is the love of my life! She’s the perfect dog. We got her from family as a puppy. I raised her and love her so so much. She is now 3 years old. Although we love her so much, she is not getting the life she deserves. With a new baby and full time jobs, we don’t have the time or energy to put towards her. This is breaking our hearts but she deserves better. She will be great in a home with people who can play with her and give her attention. If you have other dogs, that’s a huge plus. Stella loves other dogs!

Story
Stella is 3 years old. We have had her since she was a puppy. She is a lab, white shepherd, hound mix with tons of energy! We are so sad to give her up but we have no time for her. It is not fair to her. She is well trained and loves her humans! Stella is the most loving dog and loves to be with other big dogs. She’s good with little dogs but they make her nervous like she might break them so she is soft with them. Stella is a great dog and will make a home with kids happy! Having another dog is a bonus for her!

Story
Willow is such a loving little girl, I adopted her when she was just three months old and have been best friends with her ever since. She loves to have a fenced in yard to run in and sun bathe, loves playing with toys and chewing on bones, and belly rubs. She will cuddle with you anytime. Willow is very vocal and loves to awoo to make sure you know she is there with you. She did not grow up around small children so she is a bit fearful and unsure of them, and she should be the only pet in the household. She is crate/potty trained, knows basic commands such as sit, wait(stay), shake, lay down, etc.

Story
The king of expressive looks and head tilts, Bufred is poised to win your heart! Bufred loves to play and run outside but he’s quick to settle in and get comfy once inside. He loves affection and will lay his big, handsome head in your lap for a good snuggle sesh on the couch. This sweet boy is happy going for walks, playing in the yard, relaxing at home, pulling every single toy out at one time, and taking naps on his back. Bufred is house trained, is getting very good at “come” and improving with “sit,” walks well with minimal pulling, and is an excellent car rider. At 5-6 years of age, Bufred is just the sweetest boy who loves human attention but can take some time warming up to some men. He is less comfortable around pushy, high energy dogs. He will tolerate other dogs, vocalizing his feelings when needed, but mostly he’s indifferent and co-existing. Bufred hasn’t lost touch with his natural instincts and has a fairly strong prey drive. He’ll do best in a home with no other types of pets he could chase. It’s hard not to fall for Bufred’s loving, silly charm! He’s a fast learner and eager to please. He’ll thrive in a home in a low-traffic neighborhood with a yard and patient humans who can help him adjust as he grows to become your most loyal and loving family member. If you open your heart and home to this big fella you will be rewarded with love and laughter for years to come! Must knows: Bufred, 5-6 year old black male, 87 lbs Dog friendly No cats Kids unknown Medium energy level

Story
My name is Milo Magoo and I am a 3 year old Golden Doodle with a birthday that is coming in the next few days… to turn 3 yrs. old.  I weigh 80 pounds and I am looking for an attentive and dog training family that will really shape and polish me to be the spectacular dog that I have the potential to be.  My current family really has no time to work with me to shape me in to a dog with great manners and emotional control.   I am bored in this home and I need physical and mental stimulation and fun challenges to do.  I am very happy, sweet, and very active with running and playing.  I am a male that is ALL BOY and if I had my wish I would say to adopt me if you have a girl dog in the family.   I would love to have a girlfriend for life!  When I am bored my favorite, yet dangerous, thing to do is eat socks.  So please watch that if you take me home.  It is totally out of boredom.   Critter Cavalry Rescue is tryng to change all this by placing me in the right home that they will review closely.   I am a silver tawny coloring and people just ohhhhh and ahhhhh over the color of my coat of  hair.  If you would like to adopt me please email right away at ccrnewengland@gmail.com Mention in the email where you live!!!   That helps so much too.  PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.November 5, 2024, 1:27 pm

Story
Princess  Bunny is a rarely known about Cream Golden Retriever who is a lucky girl born on St. Patrick's Day in March of  2023. She is a very rare breed that is beautiful and highly sought after.  This girl is lovely and loving and of course soft and very pretty.  Her very rare personality of submission and kindness is just the picture of perfection. Princess Bunny is young and just 61 pounds and a very royal and princess elegant physique of snow white fur.  When you walk this girl  you better be ready to answer the questions of  “what breed if this dog”?   She is that rare for adoptions. She is with us because her humans lost their home and reluctantly had to rehome this beautiful girl. She was raised with children, other dogs and is the perfect household addition. She might have too much of an interest in our feline friends so we would recommend a home with no cats.  in her foster home she found her best friend in one of the puppies that her foster mom is fostering. If you are interested in Princess Bunny please email us at ccrnewengland@gmail.com PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.comDecember 10, 2024, 6:12 pm

Story
Meet Loving Levi, an affectionate  2.5-year-old, 55-pound Goldendoodle with a heart as big as his fluffy curls! Levi is searching for a forever home with a fenced yard and, ideally, a playful companion or two. Full of life, love, and loyalty—the three “L’s” that inspired his name—this charming boy will be your loyal, fun-loving friend. Levi thrives on companionship and will happily be your “Velcro dog,” always close by. He adores humans and other animals alike, and while he’s not a fan of being left alone for long, he’s calm and content in his foster home, spending time with his furry friends when his foster mom is away. When she’s home, Levi loves curling up by her feet as she works, and he’ll always greet you with enthusiasm and kisses, making you feel truly appreciated! With his soft poodle coat and an adorable white patch on his forehead (perfect for giving kisses!), Levi is as sweet as he is handsome. Although he currently doesn’t live with kids, Levi is always gentle and polite around them, making him a wonderful addition to any family. He’s well-mannered in his foster home, uses the doggie door to go outside, and gets along well with cats. Car rides and walks are some of his favorite activities, and he’s ready to join you on every adventure. Levi is a healthy boy—neutered, up-to-date on all vaccinations, heartworm prevention, and microchipped. He’s just waiting for a family to share his endless love and loyalty. Critter Cavalry Animal Rescue is a Middle Tennessee-based 501(c)(3) dedicated to saving high-risk animals like Levi. As part of our mission, we travel to the Northeast weekly, bringing pets like Levi closer to their forever families. For more about our drop-off points and times, visit www.CritterCavalry.com.
