ADOPT ME ONLINE: https://ophrescue.org/dogs/13539**$100 off of adoption fee in December!Meet Wyatt: The Chill Housemate with a (Totally Justified) Fear of Garbage Trucks!!Wyatt is the perfect combination of cool, calm, and cuddly—with just a touch of quirkiness to keep things interesting. This guy is crate-trained, but honestly? He doesn’t even need it. Leave him free in the house, and he’ll prove he’s more reliable than your teenager. No chewed-up shoes, no missing couch cushions—just Wyatt being his sweet, non-destructive self. But let’s talk about his one “tiny” hang-up: garbage trucks. Big, loud vehicles? No thanks. Wyatt might be a brave boy when it comes to guarding the house from imaginary intruders, but those roaring, clunky behemoths are a hard pass. Luckily, he has meds to help him stay zen when trash day rolls around. (Hey, we all have our coping mechanisms, right?). He doesn't care as long as there is a wall between him and big trucks. A Few Reasons You’ll Love Wyatt:-Household MVP: Zero mess, zero destruction, 100% good vibes.-Whether you’re binge-watching your favorite show or working from home, or going for a hike, Wyatt’s got your back (and your lap, if you let him).-Easy Keeper: Crate trained? Check. Chill on his own? Double check.-Wyatt’s ready to bring his quirks, cuddles, and unmatched house manners into your life. If you’re looking for a dog who’s low-maintenance but high on love, Wyatt’s your guy. Just don’t expect him to help you take out the trash.Howdy! My name is Wyatt! I'm a charming chocolate Labrador mix with a beautiful brown coat. At just over 1.5 years old and weighing about 65 lbs, I'm the perfect mix of energy and affection.Click here to see me running in a dog park! Story
Meet Richie This silly youngster coming in at a little over 2 years old and 55 pounds and is full of life! He loves everyone he meets (except for cats, he is not a friend of the kitty committee) and has such a loving soul. He's ready for any adventure you go on, or just to be by your side resting on the couch watching a movie, with his favorite toy. He had an injury sometime in his short life of a broken pelvic bone and a knee joint issue. He has seen a vet who confirmed this is an old injury that has healed, and he has been doing fine on it. He would not be a good candidate for someone who wants to take him on runs or hikes. He would do just fine with daily walks and outdoor play. He needs more of a low-key environment. Keeping him on a glucosamine supplement will keep him going just fine to live a long happy life. He is available to you via ground transportation. Located in Texas

A generous donor has offered to sponsor half of Louie's adoption fee to help him find his forever home, so his adoption fee is $225! Good with: Dogs Not good with: Cats Not tested with: Kids House trained: Yes Energy level: Medium Noise level: Some Hey there, I'm Louie and I'm here to charm my way into your heart and home! Let me tell you a little about myself. First things first, I'm a big fan of food and treats. I mean who isn't right? Lucky for you, this makes me super easy to train! When it comes to walks, I'm an easygoing guy. I don't pull much, and I love taking my time to sniff all the sniffs along the way. Ive got some training under my belt. Ask me to show you my sit, down, spin, and shake! Potty training? Nailed it! Just be sure to pay attention to my cues. I'm working on solidifying some more commands but I'm a quick learner, so I'll get there in no time. Fun fact: Im SO food motivated that when I see my food bowl, Ill RUN into my crate, ready for my meals. If you work from home, I may just be the pup for you. Im a great WFH buddy. If youve got a dog bed (or couch!) in your office, Ill just curl up and snooze while you work. I wont bother you during any meetings/calls. Do you like being outdoorsy? Me too! Ive even been camping before. I love going on long walks and being outside. Bonus, if youre a runner! One of my previous fosters loves to run and would take me along. She said Im a good running buddy! Dont worry though! Running isnt a requirement. After a long walk or run, I'm more than happy to cuddle up and snooze next to you on the couch. Despite my size, I can curl up into a tiny little croissant! Im currently fostered with 2 foster (dog) sisters and get along great with them! I would do best in a home without a cat or other small animal. Sometimes I get too excited and while I seem to be ok with kids petting me, I would do best in a home with older or no children. Overall, I'm a leash-trained, house-trained, playful, affectionate and eager-to-please pup. I get along great with most other dogs. Im a younger pup, just over a year old, so Im not into biting shoes or anything else you have laying around. So, if youre looking for a goofy and loving companion to join your family, Im your guy! My foster guardian says: He is a handsome pup, SMART as heck, and wild about snacks. If you want to get a peek into my day-to-day life, come check me out on my foster sisters Instagram @Vixie.and.Luna" Likes: Food, treats, sniffing, exploring the outdoors My ideal home: A house would be best and bonus if theres a yard for me to play in! Selvyn is looking for their forever home! WHAT MY FOSTER SAYS: Sevyn is a lovely girl who is house-trained and knows how to sit and lay down. She is very good on a leash. She is great with other dogs and with cats! She loves to play tug of war and fetch. Sevyn is the perfect balance of fun energy, racing around the backyard with the resident pups, but then she'll chill on the couch or lay in bed with you. She is still working on her crate training, but she does not destroy anything when we leave the house not crated. She is also working on her "four on the floor" as she's very excited a little jumpy when her humans come home or she meets a new friendly face! It's all out of love and happiness (just look at that happy tongue)! -------------- Laila's Legacy Animal Rescue does not guarantee that any dog is housebroken nor crate trained. Don't miss out on this gorgeous chocolate-coated boy! WHAT MY FOSTER SAYS: Meet Jupiter aka Juju. He loves walks, playing tug-a-war, and doing food puzzles. He's one smart cookie! He has made SUCH incredible progress in the couple of months he has spent with his foster, working very hard to be a good boy. His biggest struggle is leash reactivity. It has been so rewarding to see his improvement through patient time spent outdoors, lots of treats and affirmation, and space from triggers (other dogs and bikes). Jupiter's special talent is that he can also jump baby gates and lock doors! He aims to please, loves to snug and give little kisses. He will need to keep working on his confidence around other dogs. We suspect that he will make a great running buddy. He has a good handle on potty training. Juju is quite comfortable in his crate, but sometimes feels left out and will let you know about it! He is a big ball of joy and will make a wonderful addition to an active home! -------------- Laila's Legacy Animal Rescue does not guarantee that any dog is housebroken nor crate trained. Story
❗Current location: in a foster home in South Korea❗ Meet Goodo👋 a sweet lovable boy with cute curved ears! Goodo was found in a mountain in South Korea at just 3 months old in Apr 2021 and taken to a high-risk city shelter along with his siblings. Fortunately rescued right before euthanasia by the rescue team, the five siblings started living with numerous dogs in a private shelter. After spending three years in the shelter, Goodo thankfully had a chance to live in his foster home, but his foster family is returning him to the shelter very soon due to personal matters. We would love Goodo to find his forever home before he has to go back to the shelter life. He is more than ready to find one! • Personality: Calm, Gentle, Bright • Affinity with - Dogs: Good with his kind of dog, but generally he doesn't have a big interest in other dogs. - Cats: Not interested in small animals - Adults/Kids: He is good with people in general but just needs time to open up at the beginning. / He hasn't properly met a kid yet but prefers to keep some distance from people in general. However, he enjoys being petted even by new people. • Walking Manners: Generally good on a leash! Not reactive to other barking dogs when walking. • Housetrained: Completely housebroken, going potty outdoors • Bathing/Brushing: Very good and calm • Separation Anxiety: none • Car Sickness: He seems nervous but generally fine with car rides. • Barks/Howls: Only barks a little bit when someone enters the house in darkness • Appetite/Food Allergies: No allergies. • Shedding level (1~10): 5-6 • Likes/Dislikes: He likes pets, meaty treats, and walks(long walks, short runs) / He's not a fan of annoying dogs.

Story
** Current Location: in a local shelter in South Korea ** • Rescue Story : Meet Dugger👋 an adorable pup with a beautiful smile! Dugger was one of the 9 puppies found on a street in South Korea at just two months old and taken to a high-risk shelter. They were luckily saved right before euthanasia by the rescue team, but Dugger had to be hospitalized due to the mange treatment while all his siblings found their foster homes. Even long after he got a clean bill of health, he is still in the private shelter without a single chance to live in the loving home he deserves. This friendly pup is more than ready to find a forever home! • Personality: Friendly, Easy-going, Active Dugger's endearing and bright personality shines through with his charming smile and playful demeanor even in the shelter. We would like him to have a family who enjoys outdoor adventures so that Dugger can experience many activities he has been missing while staying in the shelter. • Affinity with -Cats: Tries to chase. -Dogs: Gets along well with other dogs. -Adults/Kids: Good with all people including men and kids, but he hasn't lived with kids in a house before, so it will be necessary to supervise him being around kids at the beginning. • Shedding: 5-6 • Food Allergies: No. • Walking Manner: in training and improving! • Housetrained: Needs work, but he would prefer to potty outdoors when adopted. • Bathing/Brushing: tolerates both well • Separation Anxiety: None. • Carsickness: No. • Bark or Howl: No. • Like & Dislike: LOVES people and attention!
