Story
Ivy is a silly but protective Labrador and border collie mix. She will make you laugh until you cry and will make you smile when you’re sad! She needs a furever home. I’ve raised her since she was a puppy in diapers and I want her to find an amazing home. I need to move and I can’t take her with me. Whoever chooses her is one lucky person!! The adoption fee is willing to be waived and can pay for her spaying!!

Story
Meet Tigger! Tigger is about a year old and around 45 pounds! Tigger is currently paired with his friend Midnight who has been with him since their previous home! He would do best in a home where he can run and burn some of his energy as he is still a young dog. If he were to go into a home where there is another dog, we do highly recommend a dog-to-dog meet and greet here at the facility! Tigger is up to date on his vaccines, heartworm negative, neutered, microchipped and ready for his forever home! If you are interested in meeting with Tigger to adopt or to foster, please call us at (828)980-0016 or email us at rutherfordanimalcontrol@heartofthefoothills.org

Story
**This is a courtesy post. This animal is not at Heart of the Foothills Animal Rescue. Please do not contact the rescue regarding this animal. Contact information is listed below. This is Nora, she is around 8 months old and weighs about 45 pounds. We think she is a Kelpie and Lab mix. She was originally taken in as a stray when she was only a few weeks old. She is great with cats and other dogs, but still has a lot of her puppy energy. She is highly treat and food motivated, which has definitely helped with her training. She is mostly housetrained but still has a few accidents inside. On 3-10-26 she was spayed and received a 1-year rabies vaccine, a 3-year distemper/parvo vaccine, a Bordetella vaccine, a negative fecal test, a nail trim, a negative heartworm test, and a 12-month Proheart Injection. Text (828)305-5937 if interested in her.
