Luna is 6 years old and was rescued from the Humane Society as a puppy (less than a year old). She is adorable, snuggly, full of energy, and loves to give kisses! We love her dearly! Luna is super smart, and responds super well to praise and treats. We are combining households, and Luna's prey drive is just too strong for the other pets to safely live. Luna would thrive where there are other big dogs to run and play with and acreage to sniff and explore with her humans. She does great with other big dogs and big kids, but she hasn't spent a ton of time around small children. We hope to find her a place where she can thrive and run!

Isn’t he adorable? Charlie came to us via Texas where he was found at nine months by the highway starving. His foster family took him in and loved him and taught him lots of good things. Then Charlie came to us. He’s one of the most good natured and friendly dogs out there. He loves the dog park and can run for an hour just playing with the pack. He’s super smart and is learning all those things a good dog needs to know though he’s about a year old and living in the city is new. On a schedule for peeing he does well. He would do best with a fenced in backyard so he can run and play. Also, he would do well with active people who love to be outside. He’s a champ at riding in the car and settles down. He sleeps through the night in his crate. We love Charlie, but he’s more dog than we can handle. My husband is 73 and I’m in a wheelchair so Charlie is too active for us. He’s had all his shots, is microchipped. Charlie so needs a forever home. Can it be with you?

At 12 years young, Olaf is a big-hearted Lab/Newfoundland mix with an even bigger love for people! After spending 9 years with his previous family, Olaf is ready to spend his golden years surrounded by love, comfort, and plenty of pets. He's house-trained and crate-trained, making for an excellent roommate. This cuddle buddy is happy to remind you with a small (but surprisingly high-pitched) bark to remind you that petting him is, in fact, your full-time job. He cannot live in a home with shared walls (no apartments/townhomes) due to his noise level.Olaf has done well meeting other dogs and currently lives with multiple cats, mostly ignoring them. He also loves human kids too. He has been great at adjusting to the new routine, especially with so many new creatures at his foster home.At 80 lbs, Olaf is on a weight management plan and takes glucosamine to support his joints. He also has possible arthritis care down the road and a fatty mass that isn’t currently causing issues. Regular grooming will be important to keep him feeling his best too.Olaf has low- to medium-energy, but his future family should prioritize exercise in order to lose weight. He will not need a fenced yard for exercise but his recall isn't the best.Olaf is looking for a loving, patient home where someone is around often to keep him company and continue helping him settle in.
