Ollie is a 4 yr old, medium sized, lanky goldendoodle boy. He's very sweet, fun, and happy-go-lucky. He loves all people and has never met a stranger! He's housetrained, knows a few tricks and is just the perfect dog! He gets along well with other dogs and with children of all ages but hasn't been around cats. Ollie can't wait to be your new best friend! Ollie is located in Houston TX so can only do video chat meet n greets with approved adopters (i.e. you need to submit your application and be approved first). His fee is $850. Meet Iggy, who is currently at our rescue in Oklahoma and looking for a loving family in a state where animals are treated well. He must be prepaid and picked up at one of the listed transport cities. Iggy and 3 other pups came into our rescue when a "breeder" called and wanted to surrender the pups and would harm them if we didn't take them. They claimed all 4 were Labradoodles, but they all look drastically different. We have received his DNA results and he is 65% Lab/Poodle, 29% Great Pyrenees, and the rest is Golden Retriever, Australian Cattle Dog, German Shepherd, and Beagle. Male, approx. 6 months old (as of October 31) Currently 35 pounds (October 31) Loves all attention with people or other dogs Loves water Genetic testing says he has a gene for reduced shedding. Hey, I’m Jimbo! I’m a sweet and lovable guy who’s always ready for a hug. I absolutely love snuggling up with my favorite humans, and I might even make little chittering sounds with my teeth when I’m feeling extra cozy or excited. It’s just one of my cute quirks! I’m dog-friendly and get along great with my furry pals. I’m also VERY clever, verging on stubborn at times. I’ve also gone through professional training with one of our local training partners, which has helped me build great manners and show off just how smart I am. I’d love to keep learning even more neat stuff with my future person. With a medium energy level, I’m just as happy lounging around for cuddles as I am going for a walk or playing with my dog friends. If you’re looking for a smart, snuggly, and affectionate companion, I could be the one for you! I am currently located in Texas but am available for adoption in multiple states across the country. My out of state adoption fee is $750. This fee helps cover the cost of care while I was at the shelter AND the cost of transporting me home! This includes: spay/neuter, if unaltered upon intake. age-appropriate vaccinations during time in care. a registered microchip if unchipped upon intake. a heartworm test if over six months of age. current flea/tick prevention during time in care. 3(+) broad spectrum deworming treatment. any medical expenses while in care. a health certificate for travel. the cost of travel (drivers, gas, and vehicle maintenance if via our route, or up to $200 in crate rental fees if on another transporter’s route!) Every adoption through the SPCA of Brazoria County also come with a PetSmart adoption kit, and some coupons for PetCo! She was adopted, but in September 2024, she was sadly returned to the center after her adopter suddenly passed away. Aki is now looking for a new family to help her overcome this loss and enjoy a happy new chapter in life. 3⃣ Basic Information * With People: Adores people so much. Warms up quickly even to strangers, showing her affectionate nature. Even with strangers, she likes to be held. Rubs her body against you and wags her tail, asking to be petted! * With Dogs: Shows interest and positive reactions towards dogs she meets for the first time.Stops and stares when she meets another dog on walks. * Separation Anxiety: When home alone with #AdogsNoah, she rests and waits well. When Noah is also out, she barks and scratches at the door, showing signs of separation anxiety. * Potty Training: Is so smart that she uses pads very well. Prefers to go outdoor for poop. Doesn’t mark indoors. * Hygiene: Calmly accepts bathing, drying, and brushing. * Walks: Walks very well without pulling on the leash. Occasionally has interest in other animals and wants to approach them. * Biting: None at all! * Barking: Barks briefly when a stranger comes in the home but quiets down quickly. * Likes: Likes human touch and attention, as well as other dogs! * Dislikes: Gets jealous if you’re overly affectionate with other dogs in front of her, since she loves attention so much.
