Story
Laon is a 10-month-old Jindo born in Bukhansan Mountain in South Korea. Both his mother and father are Jindo dogs, and thanks to their genetics, he has grown rapidly and now weighs 18 kilograms. His coat is a charming brown-yellow and his appearance is that of a typical Korean Jindo. He has a lively character, and he loves to play with toys. Since being rescued, he has been raised and socialized with people and is now undergoing obedience training at a training camp. He has strong social skills, and he loves to play with his dog friends of all sizes. He doesn’t have any experience with cats, but given the nature of the Jindo breed, it seems unlikely that he will get along well with cats. Even though he's big, he's still a 10-month-old puppy who likes showing off his active personality. When you get to know him, he's very affectionate and assertive. He couldn’t go on walks very well at first, but now he's training and adjusting very well. He’s not fully potty trained yet but we have been training him to relieve himself on the training camp’s playground without any problems. After adoption, if you take a walk at a fixed time or continue to potty train in an environment with a yard, you should expect good results. Laon is not obsessed with eating, easily shares food with his friends, and does not provoke or bully small dogs. However, it should be noted that he can sometimes seem intense for small dogs because he does not realize how large he is. Like most Jindo dogs, he is loyal to his owner and when he forms a bond with his owner, he is completely devoted and loyal to that person. After adoption, he may need time to adjust to unfamiliar environments and people, but if you give him time to settle in, he will grow into a truly loyal companion. Adopting Laon is highly recommended for anyone who has a deep understanding of Jindo dogs, and we hope that you will help him grow into a wonderful companion through continuous training. Time with Laon will be a special experience To see more videos:https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyEuMiuW6Ww4BMCcwcNUmldkla_HlgrG2

Story
Rafa is a 2-year-old female Jindo with a petite 13kg frame. She endured neglect and abuse in Korea, suffering from malnutrition and skin disease. Fortunately, she was rescued and has spent the past year receiving love and care, regaining her health. Despite her difficult past, Rafa remains a bright and affectionate dog with a heart full of love for people. With her elegant and charming appearance, Rafa radiates positive energy with her lively and playful personality. She quickly warms up to new people and enjoys forming close bonds. If you extend your hand slowly, she will naturally lean in for affectionate cuddles. As trust grows, she becomes deeply devoted, forming an unbreakable bond with her owner. Rafa loves people so much that she sometimes jumps up excitedly to give kisses. While adorable, this habit can lead to unintentional accidents. She is currently undergoing body-blocking training to correct her jumping behavior, and she is making steady progress. With patience, training, and understanding, her affectionate nature will strengthen the connection between her and her future family. She is gentle and highly social, getting along well with other dogs and adapting easily to different environments. Being an active dog, she enjoys walks and cherishes time spent with people. Currently staying at a training facility, Rafa rarely barks. However, she signals through sound when she needs to relieve herself or wants human company and she adapts quickly when she has a consistent schedule for outdoor potty breaks. Due to her deep attachment to people, she may experience separation anxiety if left alone for long periods. A home where family members are frequently present would be ideal for her. Despite her small size, Rafa has impressive jumping ability and a curious nature. When playing in an open space, she may try to jump over fences out of curiosity rather than a desire to escape. While she always returns, for her safety, an apartment or condo environment would be more suitable than a house with a yard. Extra supervision is needed in dog parks to prevent her from leaping over fences. She is fascinated by small movements, such as insects or birds, which highlights her lively and spirited personality. Rafa treasures every moment with people, showering them with affection in return for their love. She is a dog who gives back even more love than she receives and is ready to become a lifelong companion. She is waiting for a warm and loving family to call her own.

Story
Guksoo is still looking for a loving family He is currently fostered in Barrie, ON. Guksoo is a neutered Jindo mix boy who is about 4 years old.He can be shy at first, but slowly warms up over time, and tends to trust women more than men. Deep down he loves people and wants to be with them all the time! When he first came into his foster home, he was very shy but would timidly ask for pets by slowly pawing at the humans. Now, he has become more social and will come up to strangers with a wagging tail to ask for pets and treats! He still continues to paw at his foster parents when he wants attention, and loves to snuggle and give kisses first thing in the morning. He is okay and gentle with kids, but can be startled by sudden movements. After some time, good food, and lots of walks, he will open up and give you lots of kisses and hugs When it comes to other dogs, Guksoo LOVES to play! And especially loves girl dogs. He loves to run and play with his doggy friends and is excited to play with both new and familiar friends. With his foster sibling, he loves to groom her and give her lots of kisses. However, he is still learning that not all dogs like to play, especially on leash, and he can get a bit frustrated when he sees another dog on a walk that he cant say hi to. He is learning how to be neutral to other dogs while walking and responds well to his handler. He has a medium energy level, he loves going for walks and exploring, and rests well once at home. He has a low prey drive and ignores cats when he meets them while on walks, but sometimes likes to chase birds and squirrels. He is currently fostered with bunnies and lived with a cat for a short time, he is very gentle with them and leaves them alone after a quick sniff. On walks, Guksoo can be a bit excited at first but will eventually relax and walk by his handler’s side, occasionally stopping to sniff. He rarely pulls unless he sees another dog or a small animal but is easily redirected. He is fully potty trained outdoors. Guksoo Rarely barks, only when a stranger knocks on the door or if something new startles him. He has no destructive behaviours and can be left alone in the home without any issues. He loves to chew and enjoys playing with his chew toys or a long lasting treat.  Will you welcome this sweet boy into your family? Story
Meet Lily, a four-year-old, spayed Jindo mix girl with a beautiful yellow coat and a solid 20kg frame. Lily is a sweet, timid girl who needs a gentle and patient companion to bring out her best self. She’s not one for forced interactions or being picked up, as these situations can overwhelm her. While she has no aggression whatsoever, her go-to response when afraid is to avoid and retreat. A calm and understanding adopter who enjoys the process of building trust—perhaps with treats and positive reinforcement—would be the perfect match for her. Lily tends to freeze up if strangers try to touch her, though she tolerates it without protest. She’s not naturally outgoing, but her subtle displays of affection, like a wagging tail in the morning to greet her primary caregiver, are incredibly rewarding. While she’s okay with being petted and even kissed, she doesn’t actively seek attention and may show slight discomfort. Because of her sensitivity, Lily would not do well in a home with young children, as their unpredictable movements and rough handling might stress her out. When it comes to other dogs, Lily can be selective. She may engage in conflict if another dog provokes her or if they’re overly excitable or nervous. She’s best introduced to new canine friends carefully, as she prefers to avoid greetings with unfamiliar dogs during walks. Despite this, she has no issues sharing space with compatible, calm dogs. While she has no resource guarding issues with humans, she may growl if another dog approaches her food. Outdoorsy adopters will be thrilled to know that Lily is a seasoned walker who loves hiking and exploring nature. She walks beautifully on the leash without pulling and has a balanced energy level—active and engaged outdoors but calm and relaxed at home after a good outing. Lily’s also a great travel companion. She’s a pro in the car, calmly riding in a kennel or hopping in and out of vehicles on her own with just a little guidance. She’s mostly an outdoor potty dog and is easy to manage in this regard. With her gentle demeanor, hiking-ready attitude, and polite leash manners, Lily is ready to be a loyal companion to someone who will appreciate her subtle charm and respect her boundaries. Story
Meet Bolt, a 2-year-old Jindo-Corgi mix with a soft beige coat. This friendly and affectionate pup loves everyone—men, women, and even strangers. He’s so open-hearted that he’ll happily roll over to show his belly to new people, and he has no objections to being picked up with an arm under his tummy. Though Bolt hasn’t met children under 13, his gentle and people-loving nature suggests he’d do great with kids. Bolt is equally sociable with other dogs, greeting both familiar and new pups with enthusiasm and inviting them to play. He gets along with dogs of all sizes but tends to favour those similar in size or smaller than himself. While Bolt is generally mild-mannered, if a dog gets too rowdy or pushy, he’ll politely warn them before giving a gentle “woof” to set boundaries. Overall, he’s a sweet and easygoing companion. Although Bolt hasn’t been tested with cats, his calm and adaptable temperament suggests he might be fine around them, and this can be checked if needed. He’s a medium-energy pup who enjoys outdoor adventures but also knows how to relax afterward. When at home, he’s great at entertaining himself with toys or nose work games, making him a wonderful mix of active and laid-back. Bolt is still building his confidence on walks. While he does well in quiet areas, busy roads with lots of cars can make him nervous, and he might stop in his tracks. With patience and positive reinforcement, he’s sure to improve. He’s a pro in the kennel, staying calm and quiet, and he rarely barks. Bolt also has excellent manners when it comes to food—he never guards his meals or treats, whether around humans or other dogs. He primarily prefers outdoor potty breaks, keeping his living space tidy. Bolt’s loving personality and adaptable nature make him a fantastic companion who’s ready to thrive in a forever home!
