🐶 Quick Facts 🐾 Name: Dino Aga: 1.5 years old Gender: Male Spayed: Yes Breed: Jack Russell Terrier Mix Colour: White & brown Weight: 10kg 🐕My Story🐕 Hey there, my future best friend! It’s me, Dino, a little guy with a big heart and a knack for looking sharp—I mean, check out my natural “eye makeup”! I’m a fun-loving boy who can’t wait to find a forever family to call my own! I’m a Jack Russell Terrier mix boy, only 1.5 years old, with a sleek white coat and adorable brown spots. I weigh 10 kg (22 lbs) and have a lot of love packed into my small frame! I started my journey at a shelter in Gangneung and was on the list for something called “euthanasia”—but a wonderful group of people stepped in to rescue me at just 7 months old. Now, I’m fully vaccinated and neutered, so I’m all set for my new adventure with you! 👫My Social Side❤️ I’m a friendly guy, though I can be a little shy when I first meet people. But hey, offer me a treat, and I’ll be your friend in no time! Once we’ve spent a few days together, I’ll be rolling over to show you my belly and giving you all the snuggles you want. It might take me 3 to 7 days to feel completely at home, but then you’ll have my whole heart. With other Dogs: I’m a pup who plays well with others, no matter their size! I’m open to making friends with bigger, smaller, or similarly-sized dogs. I’ve got a warm and welcoming attitude, so if you have other dogs, I’m ready to fit right in. Cats and Birds: I haven’t met any cats yet, so I’m not sure how I’d react. Birds, though? Not much interest there. I’d rather stick close to my human and dog buddies! 🔋My Energy Level & Walks🚶 I have a moderate energy level, which means I enjoy outdoor time and play sessions but also love to relax afterward. I’ve been practicing my leash walking, and I’m getting the hang of it! Busy roads and loud sounds can make me a bit nervous, so I prefer calmer spaces where I can walk with confidence. ❤️Why You’ll Love Me❤️ I’m a softie with a big heart! I share my food nicely with humans but might give a little growl if another dog gets too close to my bowl—just setting some friendly boundaries. I’m house-trained for both indoor pads and outdoor potty breaks, and my crate is my little sanctuary where I’ll settle quietly on my own. When I’m exploring a new place, I might do a little marking, but hey, I’m just saying hello to my new surroundings! 💌Last Message💌 If you’re looking for a buddy who’s gentle, a little curious, and always ready for an adventure, I think we’d make a great pair. I’ve got lots of love to give and can’t wait to bring a little extra joy to your life. Let’s make each other’s lives even better—I’m ready if you are! 📺 Videos📺 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EbVqvsY8VRs&list=PLIsLTtIpe3Jyf7SRUZ_xIM6-XC76xxX6w

Story
Meet Winston, our spirited and independent 8-year-old Jack Russell Terrier mix with a personality all his own! Winston is playful and spirited, especially when it comes to playing fetch—he's always ready for a game and keeps the fun going with his boundless energy! But Winston has a bit of a “cat” side to him too; he knows exactly what he wants and when he wants it. He’ll gladly let you know when he’s ready for some affection, but he’s just as happy having his own space when he’s done. Winston would thrive in a home with no young children (over 12 is best), where he can be the center of attention. He’s looking for an experienced adopter who appreciates his balance of independence and playfulness and understands his need for space and respect. Due to the stress of the shelter environment, Winston is currently on anxiety medication, but this little guy may not need it once he finds his cozy forever home. With the right match, Winston is sure to bring love, loyalty, and just the right amount of sass! Are you the experienced, caring adopter who can offer Winston the forever home he deserves?

Story
Hi, I am Cooper, They say good things come in small packages. That describes me pretty well. I am a confident, active, high-energy little guy.I love to play with other dogs once I have been introduced. I can be a bit nervous the first time we meet and in new situations but that just means I need a bit more exposure to new things.I play with children and adults too, I am a very sociable guy.I love balls the best and will chase them if you throw them. Cats are not my thing; I will chase them too. I love car rides especially when they end up at the beach. I won’t go into the water, but I love to run along the shore and dig in the sand. Today I spend most of my time outside so that is where I know how to do my business. You may need to spend a bit of time teaching me to ask when I need to go out of the house. But I am a smart boy so I will catch on quickly.I love to go for walks and runs but I haven’t gotten used to the leash yet. I just walk beside my foster and come back when they call me. If it sounds like we might be a family, then fill in the application and we can meet during a Zoom call. All yours,Cooper To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo. Hi there I’m Nala,I am a mature, self-confident dog who would love to find a forever home. I live now with other dogs who I love to play with, cats who I respect and play with if they want to, and kids who like to pet me. I have not had much experience with toys, but I do love a good game of tug. I like to be active, but I am good to just chill out with you too. Nothing like an evening of cuddling with the family to make my day complete.I like car rides, I don’t get sick, and I stay calm. My foster says I make a great co-pilot. I am learning basic commands like sit and stay but I will need some work with that. I love to walk and when we do I stay close to my foster and walk at their pace. If it sounds like we would be a good fit, then just fill in the application and we can meet on a Zoom call.Just waiting for you.Nala To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Please go to our website for all specific information about this dog.  Our info doesn't transfer over to the adoption sites.  Archie is a cute little boy!   He looks like a perfect mix of scruffy terrier and has the classic Papillon color pattern.  He's friendly, social and very lovable.  He does need someone around more often than not to help him become the great house dog he can be.  He is high energy and run over the furniture and get on things he shouldn't be getting on, but with consistent training and reminders, he will learn.  He must be crated when no one is around, or he will find something to get into.  He is also very vocal, to the point he's going hoarse.  He craves being with people or dog friends.  He would love someone to take him walking and spend time with him, so he learns how to be a good boy.  He's the perfect dog for the right home and family.   his dog needs an active and attentive people in his life! Prior to adoption, our dogs are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, micro-chipped and parasite treated/prevented.   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 3, 2024, 4:36 pm

Story
Meet DUKE DOB: 04/13/2019 Weight: 25lbs Adoption fee: $350 *(Adoption fee includes the neuter/spay surgery, age-appropriate current vaccines, microchip, and preventative flea treatment.) Duke is an energetic boy that loves to run and play and be adventurous. He's a go-getter that will never turn down a walk or playdate. Duke doesn't know that he was saved from euthanasia after another overfull shelter could not support his Addison's disease. Addison's disease is a rare disorder that occurs when the adrenal glands can't produce the hormones cortisol and aldosterone. Sunny Sky's knew, that despite his rare condition, Duke can live a normal life with proper treatment and monitoring that requires a daily oral steroid and a monthly injection. Duke is worthy of a loving family and we hope you apply to meet him soon. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Beau Background Beau came to us with all his siblings from an animal hoarder's home in California. He is the last of his litter who needs a home. Beau is neutered and up to date. What Beau Needs Beau is a Jack Russell-Papillon mix, also known as a Papi-Jack. Initially shy, he warms up quickly to a sweet and loving 4-year-old boy. Beau needs a woman-only home as he is used to living in an all-female household and doesn't do well with men. He requires a yard for sunning and potty and prefers to have 1-2 dog friends to thrive, as he has had other dogs around him his entire life. Beau was rescued from a hoarding situation and is accustomed to being part of a larger dog group, so having a friend or two is critical to his well-being. Beau needs an adult-only home. He does not like children or grandchildren, as they scare him and may bite. Beau prefers women to men, but with patience and proper socializing, he will become friendly with the man in the home (if there is one). If you're looking for a lover boy who wants to be with you everywhere, is super playful, and loves having a buddy dog to be close to, Beau is your boy. He has a medium-long, soft, and silky fur coat and does best when he is kept well-groomed, brushed, and bathed. Beau adores being clean and brushed and loves attention, being talked to, and hugged. He is housebroken but has also learned to use a Peepad as a backup if needed.  Beau is intelligent, lovingly gentle, and protective. He becomes very close to his particular person. Beau does become a watchdog if you have company, so he will need a nice, quiet place to retire to if you have guests and people he has not been adequately introduced to in the home. He prefers to be around only 1-2 people and becomes a lap dog, hugger, and kisser once he knows he can trust his humans. Beau likes all small dogs he has met and has done well with a few older lab puppies we have brought in, engaging them in play.  Due to Jack Russell's prey drive, Beau is a healthy boy but needs a dog friend and a small-animal-free home. He has cleaned the house of visiting mice and moles on the rescue property. How To Adopt Beau   Please use the link below to apply. One of our volunteers will review the application and call to follow up with questions, answer yours, and see if you are a match for this pup.  The next step is a meet and greet if a match can be made. Please use a computer, as tablets and cell phones will drop the application. Beau has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate his adopters on proper diet and nutrition for his and his new buddies.  To apply to adopt Beau, he has a $595.00  adoption fee.  All monies will be recycled to cover medical care and rescue more dogs. Please fill out the online application using this link.  Please be thorough in your answers and expound whenever possible so we can get to know you and make the best match.      https ://rompinpawsrescue.com Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 5, 2024, 4:31 pm

Story
Debonair 11-year-old Jax is an active and smart boy who will be a wonderful companion for the right family! Jax is a 25 lb. rat terrier.  He is in excellent physical condition after beating cancer (a mast cell tumor on his belly).  Jax loves sunning himself, walking, jogging, playing with stuffed animals, and chasing a ball. He gets along well with small dogs he's introduced to in his home environment. He has been very nice to his foster siblings but can be protective of his space and might correct another dog who touches or steps on him with a yowl and small snap. Jax would be fine as a single dog or with a respectful smaller dog.  Jax should not live with cats or other small pets. He does also have a bit of anxiety which has been greatly reduced with a stable schedule and increased exercise.  Jax barks at the door when he needs to go out and is perfectly housetrained. He can be trusted to be free indoors and doesn't get into the trash, counter surf, or chew items. Jax might have a tough exterior, but he has a soft, loving heart for someone who is willing to take the time to understand him.See more photos of Jax at https://imageevent.com/newrattitude/jax .Our adoption fee is $200 for adult dogs or $250 for puppies under 6 months old. Story
Calling all senior dog lovers!  This sweet lady is small and spunky, weighing in at seven pounds.  Don't let her age fool you - at 14 years, Lindsay is a very sweet lady who is a super snuggle bug and also very active.  She loves to walk and play with squeaky toys. She is fine with other dogs but prefers the company of humans, especially the human she's most attached to. As she gets very attached her person, she can be protective of them and will growl or bark at others who interact with her human (she is more likely to react to human males).  Lindsey does have separation anxiety and would do best with a human that is home most of the time or in a setting where her barking will not bother neighbors.  Please consider adding this loving, spunky, senior lady to your life...
