Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Beau Background Beau came to us with all his siblings from an animal hoarder's home in California. He is the last of his litter who needs a home. Beau is neutered and up to date. What Beau Needs Beau is a Jack Russell-Papillon mix, also known as a Papi-Jack. Initially shy, he warms up quickly to a sweet and loving 4-year-old boy. Beau needs a woman-only home as he is used to living in an all-female household and doesn't do well with men. He requires a yard for sunning and potty and prefers to have 1-2 dog friends to thrive, as he has had other dogs around him his entire life. Beau was rescued from a hoarding situation and is accustomed to being part of a larger dog group, so having a friend or two is critical to his well-being. Beau needs an adult-only home. He does not like children or grandchildren, as they scare him and may bite. Beau prefers women to men, but with patience and proper socializing, he will become friendly with the man in the home (if there is one). If you're looking for a lover boy who wants to be with you everywhere, is super playful, and loves having a buddy dog to be close to, Beau is your boy. He has a medium-long, soft, and silky fur coat and does best when he is kept well-groomed, brushed, and bathed. Beau adores being clean and brushed and loves attention, being talked to, and hugged. He is housebroken but has also learned to use a Peepad as a backup if needed.  Beau is intelligent, lovingly gentle, and protective. He becomes very close to his particular person. Beau does become a watchdog if you have company, so he will need a nice, quiet place to retire to if you have guests and people he has not been adequately introduced to in the home. He prefers to be around only 1-2 people and becomes a lap dog, hugger, and kisser once he knows he can trust his humans. Beau likes all small dogs he has met and has done well with a few older lab puppies we have brought in, engaging them in play.  Due to Jack Russell's prey drive, Beau is a healthy boy but needs a dog friend and a small-animal-free home. He has cleaned the house of visiting mice and moles on the rescue property. How To Adopt Beau   Please use the link below to apply. One of our volunteers will review the application and call to follow up with questions, answer yours, and see if you are a match for this pup.  The next step is a meet and greet if a match can be made. Please use a computer, as tablets and cell phones will drop the application. Beau has been transitioned to a human-grade diet that avoids kibble in place of a healthy canine-specific feeding regimen. We will educate his adopters on proper diet and nutrition for his and his new buddies.  To apply to adopt Beau, he has a $595.00  adoption fee.  All monies will be recycled to cover medical care and rescue more dogs. Please fill out the online application using this link.  Please be thorough in your answers and expound whenever possible so we can get to know you and make the best match.      https ://rompinpawsrescue.com Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 5, 2024, 4:31 pm

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.NYSSA   NYSSA is a 10-month-old short-coated Jack Russell Terrier pup. Nyssa is a unique combination of knowing and gentle, yet solid and fragile, feisty and self-possessed. Her young age and vulnerability present a unique opportunity for you to play a crucial role in her growth and learning. Finding the right family now would be a fantastic step in this journey. Nyssa is shy when meeting new folks but warms up with trust. She would thrive with an active family that can train her to harness, lead, and take her on many adventures. Jack Russells are brilliant and can learn heaps with proper training. If you like a dog you can work with, train, and have a dog who will listen well, have outdoor adventures, and take everywhere, Nyssa is your girl. This breed has a high prey drive, so a home without small animals or cats is required. Children over 10 years old who have experience with dogs will be considered.   Nyssa has a short coat with pretty brown spots on a beautiful white background. Nyssa has a long back and medium-short legs. Her body is solid and muscular, indicating her potential as a trial hunting and agility course dog. Imagine the fun and adventure you could have with her! Nyssa is being fed a Human-Grade dog food diet. Rompin Paws provides education on proper canine nutrition for our rescued dogs. Adopting Nyssa: Please use the link below to apply. Story
Jack is a Jack-Rat Terrier mix that needs to be the only animal in the home although he will tolerate other well balanced dogs. He has been employed by the shelter as a ratter, so his house manners will need work. He eats anything left out, marks his territory and is the cutest scoundrel. He has found his passion in hunting rats. He really enjoys this and should go to a home that will encourage and continue his hunting. He needs a child free home because he can bite when overstimulated. He is crate trained. He is a Terrier for sure, and he is not afraid to prove it. He needs a fully fenced, stable environment. He can be suspicious of new people but once he accepts a person, he is happy to hang out. He is only 3 years old and has so much life to live. If you are looking for a project/rat hunter dog, Jack may be your guy.

Story
Hi, I am Cooper, They say good things come in small packages. That describes me pretty well. I am a confident, active, high-energy little guy.I love to play with other dogs once I have been introduced. I can be a bit nervous the first time we meet and in new situations but that just means I need a bit more exposure to new things.I play with children and adults too, I am a very sociable guy.I love balls the best and will chase them if you throw them. Cats are not my thing; I will chase them too. I love car rides especially when they end up at the beach. I won’t go into the water, but I love to run along the shore and dig in the sand. Today I spend most of my time outside so that is where I know how to do my business. You may need to spend a bit of time teaching me to ask when I need to go out of the house. But I am a smart boy so I will catch on quickly.I love to go for walks and runs but I haven’t gotten used to the leash yet. I just walk beside my foster and come back when they call me. If it sounds like we might be a family, then fill in the application and we can meet during a Zoom call. All yours,Cooper To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo. Story
Hi there I’m Nala,I am a mature, self-confident dog who would love to find a forever home. I live now with other dogs who I love to play with, cats who I respect and play with if they want to, and kids who like to pet me. I have not had much experience with toys, but I do love a good game of tug. I like to be active, but I am good to just chill out with you too. Nothing like an evening of cuddling with the family to make my day complete.I like car rides, I don’t get sick, and I stay calm. My foster says I make a great co-pilot. I am learning basic commands like sit and stay but I will need some work with that. I love to walk and when we do I stay close to my foster and walk at their pace. If it sounds like we would be a good fit, then just fill in the application and we can meet on a Zoom call.Just waiting for you.Nala To get more information go to https://hope4lapawz.org/adopt and click on the dog's photo. Story
🐶 Quick Facts 🐾 Name: Dino Aga: 1.5 years old Gender: Male Spayed: Yes Breed: Jack Russell Terrier Mix Colour: White & brown Weight: 10kg 🐕My Story🐕 Hey there, my future best friend! It’s me, Dino, a little guy with a big heart and a knack for looking sharp—I mean, check out my natural “eye makeup”! I’m a fun-loving boy who can’t wait to find a forever family to call my own! I’m a Jack Russell Terrier mix boy, only 1.5 years old, with a sleek white coat and adorable brown spots. I weigh 10 kg (22 lbs) and have a lot of love packed into my small frame! I started my journey at a shelter in Gangneung and was on the list for something called “euthanasia”—but a wonderful group of people stepped in to rescue me at just 7 months old. Now, I’m fully vaccinated and neutered, so I’m all set for my new adventure with you! 👫My Social Side❤️ I’m a friendly guy, though I can be a little shy when I first meet people. But hey, offer me a treat, and I’ll be your friend in no time! Once we’ve spent a few days together, I’ll be rolling over to show you my belly and giving you all the snuggles you want. It might take me 3 to 7 days to feel completely at home, but then you’ll have my whole heart. With other Dogs: I’m a pup who plays well with others, no matter their size! I’m open to making friends with bigger, smaller, or similarly-sized dogs. I’ve got a warm and welcoming attitude, so if you have other dogs, I’m ready to fit right in. Cats and Birds: I haven’t met any cats yet, so I’m not sure how I’d react. Birds, though? Not much interest there. I’d rather stick close to my human and dog buddies! 🔋My Energy Level & Walks🚶 I have a moderate energy level, which means I enjoy outdoor time and play sessions but also love to relax afterward. I’ve been practicing my leash walking, and I’m getting the hang of it! Busy roads and loud sounds can make me a bit nervous, so I prefer calmer spaces where I can walk with confidence. ❤️Why You’ll Love Me❤️ I’m a softie with a big heart! I share my food nicely with humans but might give a little growl if another dog gets too close to my bowl—just setting some friendly boundaries. I’m house-trained for both indoor pads and outdoor potty breaks, and my crate is my little sanctuary where I’ll settle quietly on my own. When I’m exploring a new place, I might do a little marking, but hey, I’m just saying hello to my new surroundings! 💌Last Message💌 If you’re looking for a buddy who’s gentle, a little curious, and always ready for an adventure, I think we’d make a great pair. I’ve got lots of love to give and can’t wait to bring a little extra joy to your life. Let’s make each other’s lives even better—I’m ready if you are! 📺 Videos📺 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EbVqvsY8VRs&list=PLIsLTtIpe3Jyf7SRUZ_xIM6-XC76xxX6w

Location : Korea Adoption inquiries: wds3628@nate.com ▶ Relationship with dogs: Gets along with other dogs very well. However, there are times where he barks at dogs who are too aggressive or dogs who bark at them. ▶ Relationship with cats: Hasn’t been in same space with cats, but barks at cats passing by the fence. ▶ Relationship between people: Loves human and being alongside for long period. Loves meeting people when going for walks. Mary sticks her head towards people, as if wanting to be seen. Loves human more than other dogs. If other dogs run towards her owner or seems to bother them, she would bark at them to stop. ▶ Leash training: She is family and doesn’t have aversion towards harness; she enjoys them since she know it means going for a walk. Special note: As a side effect from measle, has tic symptoms, weak front legs and inablity to produce tears. Due to weak front legs, may have some amount of shaking but has no problem at all to go for a walk. Slippery floors may casue her to slip some times but other than that, there are no problems. Mary's left eye has a bit of murky makrs which are improving over time. She has been puting artifical tears to help it. Mary used to have a paralysis on left part of her, but she was desperate to heal, that she overcame it. Her strong will is making her healthier daily.
