Story
Jessie came to Texas with my parents from California. My mother was diagnosed with cancer and passed. My father is unable to care for her anymore. Jessie is a young 5 year old that loves to run. She will do well in a home with a fenced yard and no other animals. Jessie needs some obedience as we haven't been able to work with her much in the last year. We, and Jessie, are looking for a responsible, loving home, with a family that is aware of the breed.

Story
If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment to visit with this animal or multiple animals, please email us at info@animalhope.org or call 817-984-1129 between 12 pm and 6 pm.Palmer is a little guy with a big personality—about 15 lbs and 1.5 years old. His adoption fee is $300, though we’re open to adjusting that for the right home. He’s been with us for 8 months, patiently waiting for someone to see past his initial nerves and give him the loving home he deserves. Palmer doesn’t warm up right away and may bite if he feels overwhelmed, but in a calm, predictable environment, he’s made great progress.Though he was originally labeled a bite risk, we’ve seen firsthand how quickly he can adjust—it only took a couple of days for him to bond with our new kennel techs. He just needs someone willing to give him a chance. Palmer still shows stress around new people, so he’ll need someone who understands his boundaries and can give him space to decompress. He would thrive in a quiet, adult-only home with little foot traffic. He can be picky with dogs and would likely do best as the only pet, though he’s done well with three calm, respectful dogs currently in our care.If you have a calm home and a patient heart, Palmer could be the perfect fit. Since we do not observe these animals in home settings, we cannot guarantee whether they are housebroken. Upon intake, we ensure the following:Spay/neuter proceduresMicrochippingAll vaccinationsBlood and fecal testing (and treatment if necessary)Flea, tick, and heartworm preventionA complimentary wellness exam, scheduled 7–10 days after adoptionPlease note: Adopters must live within an hour of our facility and be at least 21 years old.Do you have any questions or would you like to schedule an appointment?

Story
If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment to visit with this animal or multiple animals, please email us at info@animalhope.org or call 817‑984‑1129 between 12 pm and 6 pm.Chewy is a 6‑year‑old Jack Russell mix weighing about 17 pounds, and she’s a total sweetheart. She was surrendered to us when her owner became too elderly to continue caring for her, and despite the big change, Chewy has remained gentle, friendly, and incredibly loving. She has done wonderfully with every human and dog she has met here. She is carrying a little extra weight, but with a healthy routine and regular walks, she should trim down nicely. We also provided her with a dental cleaning, and aside from that, our veterinary team cleared her as healthy and ready for adoption. Her adoption fee is $300.Because we don’t observe our animals in home settings, we aren’t able to guarantee whether she is housebroken.Upon intake, every animal receives:Spay/neuter surgeryMicrochipAll age‑appropriate vaccinationsBlood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)Flea, tick, and heartworm preventionA complimentary wellness exam 7–10 days after adoptionPlease note that adopters must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility. If you’d like to meet Chewy, we’d be happy to help. She’s a loving, steady companion who’s ready to bring warmth and joy to her next home. 🐾✨

Story
Meet Dixie and Little Girl These two sweet girls lost their beloved owner, whose final wish was for them to stay together and find a loving home. They are gentle, affectionate, and happiest when they’re with their people. They walk great on leash, are house trained and crate trained, and truly adore each other. While they’ve enjoyed time with volunteers, what they really want is a home where they can love on their humans and feel safe again.Would you help us find Dixie and Little Girl the forever home they deserve—together? If you are interested in adopting, please copy and paste this link into your browser...https://www.apollosupportandrescue.org/adoptthisdog.htmlIncluded with adoption: Age-appropriate vaccinations, up-to-date on heart-worm and flea/tick preventative, heartworm test which includes tick disease testing (if over 6 months), 24Petwatch microchip with registration, fecal analysis and health check before adoption, and spayed or neutered-if not already.
