Andele lives up to his name! While he was wondering a park as a stray, he was rescued so he can continue on his own adventures in a happy home. He is spunky, talkative, goofy and fun. Andele is all you'll ever need! He is good with all animals and kids, enjoys to be babied and considers a nice pile of laundry as the best seat in the house.

Story
If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment to visit with this animal or multiple animals, please email us at info@animalhope.org or call 817-984-1129 between 12 pm and 6 pm.Palmer is a little guy with a big personality—about 15 lbs and 1.5 years old. His adoption fee is $300, though we’re open to adjusting that for the right home. He’s been with us for 8 months, patiently waiting for someone to see past his initial nerves and give him the loving home he deserves. Palmer doesn’t warm up right away and may bite if he feels overwhelmed, but in a calm, predictable environment, he’s made great progress.Though he was originally labeled a bite risk, we’ve seen firsthand how quickly he can adjust—it only took a couple of days for him to bond with our new kennel techs. He just needs someone willing to give him a chance. Palmer still shows stress around new people, so he’ll need someone who understands his boundaries and can give him space to decompress. He would thrive in a quiet, adult-only home with little foot traffic. He can be picky with dogs and would likely do best as the only pet, though he’s done well with three calm, respectful dogs currently in our care.If you have a calm home and a patient heart, Palmer could be the perfect fit. Since we do not observe these animals in home settings, we cannot guarantee whether they are housebroken. Upon intake, we ensure the following:Spay/neuter proceduresMicrochippingAll vaccinationsBlood and fecal testing (and treatment if necessary)Flea, tick, and heartworm preventionA complimentary wellness exam, scheduled 7–10 days after adoptionPlease note: Adopters must live within an hour of our facility and be at least 21 years old.Do you have any questions or would you like to schedule an appointment?

Story
If you have any questions or would like to schedule an appointment to visit with this animal or multiple animals, please email us at info@animalhope.org or call 817‑984‑1129 between 12 pm and 6 pm.Chewy is a 6‑year‑old Jack Russell mix weighing about 17 pounds, and she’s a total sweetheart. She was surrendered to us when her owner became too elderly to continue caring for her, and despite the big change, Chewy has remained gentle, friendly, and incredibly loving. She has done wonderfully with every human and dog she has met here. She is carrying a little extra weight, but with a healthy routine and regular walks, she should trim down nicely. We also provided her with a dental cleaning, and aside from that, our veterinary team cleared her as healthy and ready for adoption. Her adoption fee is $300.Because we don’t observe our animals in home settings, we aren’t able to guarantee whether she is housebroken.Upon intake, every animal receives:Spay/neuter surgeryMicrochipAll age‑appropriate vaccinationsBlood and fecal testing (with treatment if needed)Flea, tick, and heartworm preventionA complimentary wellness exam 7–10 days after adoptionPlease note that adopters must be at least 21 years old and live within an hour of our facility. If you’d like to meet Chewy, we’d be happy to help. She’s a loving, steady companion who’s ready to bring warmth and joy to her next home. 🐾✨

Story
Meet Jojo, a lovable pup with a big personality and an even bigger heart. He is affectionate, curious, and always ready to make you smile with his playful and sometimes goofy nature. Jojo is incredibly friendly and forms strong bonds with his people, making him a loyal companion who will happily stick by your side. He gets along great with other dogs and even cats, making him a wonderful addition to a multi-pet household. Jojo also loves children of all ages and would thrive in a home where he can receive plenty of attention, playtime, and affection. Jojo enjoys spending time outdoors, exploring and taking in the world around him. While he is not fully potty trained yet, he is doing well with crate training and is on the right track with consistency and patience. Jojo is looking for a patient and committed adopter who is willing to help him learn proper house training. With consistency, guidance, and a loving environment, he has all the potential to develop great habits and become a well-mannered companion. If you’re looking for a sweet, fun-loving dog to grow with your family, Jojo might just be the perfect fit! Jojo weighs 13 pounds, is up to date on all his vaccines and is neutered. Jojo tested positive for heartworms when he was first rescued however he has undergone treatment and is ready for adoption. We recommend Jojo be re-tested 6 months after treatment. Jojo is being fostered in WESLACO, TEXAS. His adoption fee of $500 will include his transportation cost to an approved adopter outside of Texas.
