Casey is a 5‑year‑old Jack Russell Terrier mix who still has plenty of pep in her step and a whole lot of love to give. She’s already spayed and her foster is happy to have her microchipped for her new family or foster home. Casey is wonderfully crate trained, walks nicely on a leash, and does well with other dogs once she’s properly introduced. She’s social, affectionate, and incredibly smart — the kind of dog who learns routines quickly and loves being part of whatever her people are doing. Like many Jack Russell mixes, she thrives on attention, structure, and activity. If left alone without enough stimulation, she may chew, so she’ll do best with someone who can give her companionship, exercise, and enrichment. In return, she’ll be your loyal shadow and your daily dose of joy. Casey is a cutie pie with a big personality, a bright mind, and a loving heart. She’s ready for a home that appreciates her energy, her sweetness, and her terrier charm.

Story
Meet Chili, a friendly pup who is ready to add some spice to your life! This wonderful girl is good with other dogs and is looking for a family to call her own. With a heart as warm as a bowl of chili, she'll snuggle her way into your affections and bring a smile to your face. Chili is eager to please and would be the perfect addition to a home that is looking for a loyal and loving companion. She is full of potential and ready to take on the world with her new family by her side. Could you be the one to give Chili the love and care she deserves? Chili came from a hard situation, and she was left abandoned in a crate to survive on her own. After some love and attention her personality has started to show. She is showing her Jack Russell traits and wants to chase the cats around so a home with no cats or small animals, she would have access to, would be best but with a lot of training she could possibly become friends with a feline companion. She is timid at first and needs some time to warm up but when she does, she is by your side to stay! Chili has been doing great with a leash, potty training, crate training and all the puppy manners. Chili tested positive for Heartworms and has since went through a month of treatment. She will need to be retested in 5 months to make sure she cleared the worms and whomever adopts her will get several months of heartworm treatment/preventatives. Heartworms is not a death sentence, and she is doing amazing with treatment.
