Sadly, their world turned upside down when their beloved owner passed away, leaving these two sweet souls feeling lost without her. Buffy and Jack are as mellow and laid-back as can be. They love leisurely walks—strolling well on a leash—and then settling in for cozy naps together. These lifelong buddies have also lived peacefully with a cat, so a feline friend wouldn’t faze them one bit. While they may carry a few extra pounds, a little exercise and healthy meals will have them feeling their best in no time. Above all, Buffy and Jack’s greatest wish is to stay together. They bring comfort to one another, and now they’re hoping to find a new family who will cherish them both. If you’re looking for an easygoing, loving pair to fill your home with warmth and companionship, Buffy and Jack are ready to meet you. They’ve lost so much but still have so much love to give. Gaia is a very energetic and playful young adult. She just turned 3 this November. She loves kids and her favorite game is fetch. Unfortunately she also has a knack for getting into things she isn't supposed so we feel it's necessary to kennel her when we are away. She doesn't seem to mind this for short periods but with energy like hers I'd like to see her go to a home that has more time to spend on exercising and training her. She can be territorial around other dogs but once she gets used to them she loves to play.

Hi, I’m Sarah, a gentle pup with a heart full of love, and I’m ready for a fresh start! My birthday is June 29th, and here’s a little more about me: --- Crate Training Star: I’m doing wonderfully with crate training and feel safe and secure in my cozy little space. --- Friendly with Everyone: I’ve been socialized with kids, dogs, and cats, so I’m well on my way to being a well-rounded pup. --- Learning Housebreaking: My housebreaking is coming along, but I’ll need a consistent schedule to help me fully get the hang of it. --- Improving Impulse Control: When I first arrived, I couldn’t resist jumping up to greet everyone! But I’ve been working on my impulse control, and I’m doing great now. I’m fully up to date on my shots, spayed, microchipped, and I’ve been on a consistent flea/tick and deworming schedule. As for my breed? We’re not quite sure, but I could be a mix of Rat Terrier, Boston Terrier, or even Frenchie. But let’s be real—70% of people guess dog breeds wrong, so it’s all just part of the fun! If you’re looking for a loving, slightly shy girl who’s ready to blossom in a caring home, I’m the pup for you. Meet Agatha! **Getting spayed Dec. 16- can be adopted Dec. 19** Agatha is a 16-pound, terrier mix. She is a quiet dog who enjoys going for walks except when it gets extremely cold. She does well on a leash, often taking time to enjoy the scenery and smells along the way. She is friendly to the people she meets as well as other dogs. Cats unknown. She likes to eat snow. Aggie-girl is smart and loves to do food puzzles. She is a cuddler and loves to be on your lap as well as follow you around the house! She is fully potty trained with timed outings typically every 3-4 hours. The longest she has been left alone is 8 hours, all without an accident. She is good with baths. Agatha enjoys playing with her squeaky stuffed animals and likes to play with the rope tug with her humans. Sometimes she likes to soft bite your hand. When this happens, giving her a soft chew toy helps fulfill that need. You may remember Agatha as she was found on the highway with horrible skin. She has been going through treatment and lots of baths. She now has fur and doing well. Agatha is getting spayed on Dec. 18 and can be adopted on Dec. 21.
