Josie is as cute as a button, She is a three year old, purebred Parson's Terrier. She is 28 pounds. She's on a farm and is friendly with animals larger than her but really she'd be very happy to be the queen of the house. She's healthy and we need to get her fixed because she's not. She is very protective of her food around other animals but loves people. She'd be a good family dog for a family with kids at least pre teen. She was raised on a farm but she's got a prey drive so not great around animals smaller than her. We are looking for a non smoking home for her, no other pets is best for her. She's faithful and sweet to people. We need a family or person who has someone home and a fenced yard is a MUST. No exceptions. She needs someone invested in her well being. She's very active and needs a very active adoption situation. She'd be great hiking and needs lots of walks and exercise. Drac is a 45-pound, 11-month-old Jack Russell/hound mix with the cutest ears you’ve ever seen and a personality that’s equal parts playful puppy and tender-hearted love bug! Drac is currently loving life in his fabulous foster home and we are so excited to share all we've learned about him! At first glance, Drac may come off a little shy, but give him a moment (and a treat) and he’ll quickly show you his sweet, affectionate side. Once he trusts you, he’s all in: cuddles, kisses, and loyalty included! This handsome boy is energetic and curious, thriving on interaction and companionship. He absolutely loves playing fetch — balls are his favorite thing in the world — and he’s surprisingly good at bringing them back (most of the time!). Squeaky toys are a close second, and yes… he’s been known to steal a shoe or two! His foster family is able to take food/toys away with no issue. Drac is smart and very treat-motivated, already knowing “sit” and responding well to his name. He’s making great progress with house training and has started associating bells with going outside. As he is still a young man, he'll benefit from continued training, daily exercise and consistency in his new home. A yard for him to enjoy would be a perfect for this lively guy! Drac currently lives with a senior dog and does very well with him! We feel having a friendly canine companion to help boost his confidence in the home would be best. He will thrive in a home where he can be part of the daily activities. A very capable boy, Drac does well on leash with minimal pulling and rides great in the car! He's ready to join you on all of your adventures! With guidance, structure, and love, Drac is going to be an incredible addition to one lucky family! He does amazing at doggie daycare too! Sweet Elsa is one of the girls from the "frozen litter" that was surrendered to rescue at 6 weeks old. We were allowed to spay her mom before returning her to her family. Both parents are under 15lbs. She is a spunky little girl now looking for her own family. She has been completely vetted and microchipped. She is pee pad trained and just started house training. She will need a family that is will to continue to work with her training and understands puppies can be a lot of work. She will make a wonderful addition to any family. She is fostered in Knoxville TN, but transport to a location near you is provided by Rescue Riders LLC and is included in the adoption fee.

I am house trained and crate trained, and love to go on walks and sniff around a securely fenced backyard. Did I tell you that its me that pick all the tomatoes from the plants in the yard ? I am also spayed and have had all of my shots. Sarah was abused by her first human family, so she finds it hard to trust new people and has fear aggression. It will take time to gain Sarah's trust and multiple meetings. She needs an owner that can give her guidance (and plenty of treats) in situations when she feels insecure. After meeting a trainer Sarah have improved a lot and she responds to her special verbal command. A training class would be a great adventure for Sarah and her new family. She will excel and perform as an A-student, she likes to learn and is eager to please. Building a relationship with Sarah will be time well spent, once she has overcome her insecurity and fear she is a GREAT active, loyal, and loving dog. Microchips are implanted between the shoulder blades and are another form of identification should the animal get lost. The microchips are registered to Happy Days Dog and Cat Rescue.
