4yo - She is a great dog! She loves long walks, a good game of catch, and playing tug of war. Great with toddlers and other kids. Our youngest is SEVERELY allergic. We are at the point of using her nebulizer daily. Please reach out for a meet and greet if interested. Thanks!

Story
Hello! my name is Goku and I am a 4 year old Alaskan Husky mix. I am SUPER sweet, but I just was not working out with my family`s new baby, so they surrendered me back to the shelter. I am looking for a fun loving home (no apartments or townhomes please) with a backyard where I can run to my heart`s content. I love to be encouraged to run and I am quite the character. I can be a hyper guy and, while I am 4, I am still such a baby, so I am very active. I have been known to jump and be a bit mouthy (it`s the Husky in me!), so I would be best suited for a home with children above 8 years of age. I am housebroken, crate trained, altered, chipped and vaccinated, so come and meet me today!

Story
Please welcome back Prince to the 4 PAWS family! He was adopted in February 2022 and returned (through no fault of his own) in January 2023. During that time we believe he was excessively crated and not exercised; Prince is now thriving in his original foster home. He is a 3-year-old Husky mix weighing 58 lbs. Prince does well with both cats and dogs, we haven't tested him with children. He is a high-energy dog (he currently runs 3 miles a few days a week with his foster family, and he could easily run farther. Prince needs a strong owner, he will need someone who will teach him their rules, boundaries, and limitations. Prince knows many commands; sit, lay down, he knows how to heel when running, and he knows how to wait. With proper exercise and enrichment, Prince will make an excellent family member! If you are interested in adoption; DO NOT CALL, please complete an online application on 4 Paws Animal Rescue's website at www.4pawz.org. We verify the care of past/current pets as well as home information. Our goal is to have the very best home for all our dogs and cats, and therefore, we reserve the right to approve or deny an application based on what we determine is in the pet's best interest. #rescuedogs #lovedogs #huskymix #lovesrunning #adoptdontshop

Story
Meet Panda Girl: Your New Best Friend!  Name: Panda Girl  Breed: Husky Mix  Age: 2-3 years old Weight: 48 pounds   Let us tell you about Panda Girl's journey which hasn't been easy. She was found at an abandoned house, left in a dirty pen with two other dogs, surviving without food or water for some time. For the past 9 months Panda Girl has been sadly waiting patiently for her forever home at a small town shelter, existing in a dark and depressing, tiny concrete cell. Despite her tough start, Panda Girl is a true sweetheart and still has a great attitude and grateful for any attention or moment outside her cell in the play yard. This girl is able to stay out in the play yard a lot because she gets along well with other dogs and adores everyone she meets. Her time in the shelter's play yard shows that she still has a  playful spirit and friendly nature.  This poor girl needs a break from this mundane existence in a shelter.  9 months is sheer torture and we hope someone will help her get out by fostering or even better, adopting.  Panda Girl deserves a loving family who will give her the care and companionship she craves. Could you be the one to offer her a second chance at happiness? Whether adoption or fostering, Panda Girl is ready to be your loyal and loving companion. Interested in adopting or fostering Panda Girl? Contact Critter Cavalry Animal Rescue today! Let's give this beautiful girl the break and love she needs. Email CCRTennessee@gmail.com to request an adoption application or learn more about fostering. We are a Middle Tennessee-based rescue, but we travel to the Northeast weekly for our mission.
