Top of the mornin' to ya! It's me Mullen, the most pleasant lad you'll ever meet! You don't hear about many Irish Siberian Huskies now do ya? But, here I am! With my ginger-red coat I am the talk of the town, however, I can only be adopted in my town because I am kind of an anxious kind of fellow. I love other dogs and must be adopted with another calm/confident dog please. My new owners need to be patient and great at building confidence in me, as I never was loved on as a pup so I am still nervous with new people and in new situations. However, I am very smart and learn quickly!! Some basic information about Mullen; he is male, Siberian Husky mix, and expected to be medium-sized (20-59lbs). Local adoption fee is $200 (in TX)

Zelda is kind of a silly name for a beautiful girl like me, UNTIL I discovered that I was named after the "Legend of Zelda" :) She is absolutely amazing and really TOUGH. Well the game she is in is the TOUGHEST game EVER :) Ok, well that is what all the preteen boys say about the game, lol.... So Zelda is my name and I IDENTIFY as a tough girl on the outside and a sweet girl on the inside :D I love everyone and play HARD with my friends.I am so very cute too. I am a great sized girl, about 40#, compact and playful... I want a friend or two in my new furever home. I want a nice house, nice bed and maybe even a fireplace?? I don't think that is too much to ask in this weather! I was found on the streets during a "stray count" performed several times a year in San Antonio. I was hurt, and the "counter" asked for the rescue to help me and they did!!! I have been hanging here, am healthy and smart and beautiful!! ADOPT ME SOON!! Who hasn't heard the line in the song sung so eloquently by ARETHA Franklin and ANNIE Lennox, "Sisters are doin' it for themselves"??? We are sisters and both found so scared and skinny in the RV park next door to the rescue! I mean, if you are going to get lost or dumped, right next to the rescue is probably an ideal place to happen :( But, we made the people RESCUE US :) We were literally doin' it for ourselves.... So we have been with the rescue for several weeks and we have become a couple of goofy and sweet pups. We love to PLAY and run and really enjoy having friends to play with and food to eat EVERY.DAY!! It is scary when you don't know where your next meal is going to come from, but no more! We are living the HIGH LIFE!! Now a little about us as individuals- Akira is a sassy Husky who talks back and is pretty vocal :). She's a playful girl, good with all dogs she's met & loves people. Sasha is calmer & quieter than her sister. She also loves playing & is good with dogs. She's a little more shy than Akira is but once she's comfortable she's good.
