Story
This is Luna. She is an 8-year-old very active dog. I hope is that we find her a home that will keep her busy and active. Luna loves to run and she is truly a husky and is an expert at escaping. She loves kids and she pretty much get along with other dogs unless they are girls. She is not spaded and have never had babies. Very loving loves to lick great mannered dog. Have separation anxiety if left alone too long. She needs a stable home with someone that will love taking walks or runs. Love car rides.

Story
Hello, my name is Hopper! Don't let my name fool you. I am a very easy going guy. I walk very easily on a leash and am not super clingy. I am happy just hanging out on the couch with my person. Unfortunately, my previous owner didn't take care of me. I am HW positive and I have some health issues related to the heartworms. Unfortunately, the vets don't know how much longer I have to live. It could be two months or two years. All I want is a family of my own and to know what a loving home is before I cross the Rainbow Bridge. My adoption fee of $50 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for? I will also have a free yearly exam and core vaccines for the rest of my life with the Wetness Clinic. If you'd like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org. Adoptions are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Please fill out the online application, and you will be contacted if you are approved and are a good fit for one of our adoptable pets.

Story
Kakashi is a very beautiful boy with stunning, icy blue eyes. He is quite a large dog, weighing around 72 pounds! Like most Huskies, Kakashi is active, independent and friendly. He is a sweet boy that likes to do his own thing. Huskies are known to be more aloof, and not super demanding of your time and attention. Kakashi can be very chatty and will "sing" for you throughout the day!Kakashi needs an experienced Husky owner who understands the Husky personality, as well as the regular grooming that comes with it. Typical to the breed, Kakashi can be a little stubborn at times, but he is very treat-motivated when it comes to training. He walks pretty well on a leash too. Kakashi's has a high prey drive and cannot be in a home with cats or other small animals. A secure, fenced yard would be ideal for Kakashi. Kakashi enjoys the companionship of another dog, if it is the right dog. He would love to meet your dog and see if they click!**REDUCED ADOPTION FEE: $50**-----My adoption fee of $50 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Story
Meet Max, a 1.5-year-old Husky who was surrendered to our rescue through no fault of his own. Max is house-trained, playful, and friendly, with a love for being close to people and enjoying tasty dog treats. Hes smart and has already completed 4 weeks of board and train obedience school, so he knows many commands. Max is great with both cats and dogs and would thrive in a home where he can get plenty of attention and mental stimulation. He may need to avoid homes with small children or busy schedules, as he can be a bit of a mouthy attention-seeker and may act out if bored (like trash can diving or counter surfing). With the right person or people who can provide him with the engagement he craves, Max will be a wonderful, loyal companion. We promised Max that the rest of his life, would be the best of his life. Could that be with you? ***APPLY TO ADOPT: finalvictoryrescue.com*** We provide meet-and-greets by appointment with an application on file.

This handsome boy is Tango! Tango came to us from another shelter, and we estimate he is around 8-9 months old. He is the happiest, most playful pup around. He is always playing with the other dogs, or whatever toy he can find. He walks great on a leash, too. He is a very smart pup, who is eager to please. Tango would love a big back yard full of toys to play with and a family to spoil him forever. We promised Tango that the rest of his life, would be the best of his life. Story
Location: Lexington, SC Name: Macey Age: 3 years Breed: best guess is bull terrier / husky mix - 45 lbs M/F: F Spayed/Neutered/Shots: UTD on rabies, dhpp, heartworm prevention, and is spayed Good with dogs, cats, and/or kids: good with kids, fine with cats but had to be introduced very very slowly and I never leave her with them unaccompanied, and good with dogs Aggression or medical issues?: shattered canines that don’t need removal but also leave her vulnerable to defending herself if need be; food protective (with other animals only - never with me even from the beginning) so I feed her separately but again, she physically is unable to do anything about it but no need to create chaos unnecessarily. Reason for rehoming?: found stray with a litter - puppies found a home but she is still looking House/crate trained?: yes - kennel/crate is definitely a safe place to her and she likes to nap there even with the door wide open. Additional info/story (personality): Loves to play with the other dogs, especially the puppies I take in. LOVES a routine and thrives extremely well off of it so much so that she would most likely not thrive well in a home that doesn’t have a set routine that could be established for her (not saying not to take her on trips or anything, she just really likes things done at a certain time every day likes walks, meal time, crate time, etc.). She was living in the woods on her own for awhile and so when I take her for walks she still likes to follow specific paths she thinks are best. Took me awhile to break her out of her shell upon intake, but she is such a good girl now. Loves playing with all the toys, even the stuffed ones, and rarely tears them up. Message/comment if interested. Make sure if you message me to include the animal’s name since I have a lot of rescues I am trying to help rehome at the moment. Adoption application & contract required to ensure good home.

Story
Ninja is a 6 years old, and 90 lbs of love. He's been part of a family since he was a puppy. His dad passed away and his mom wants him to have more attention with people rather than staying out in the yard most of the day. He loves the outdoors but enjoys cuddling with his humans more. He has positive interactions with the dogs on the other side of the fence, but he's never lived with another dog or cat. He has good manners, doesn't jump up on people and barks when he wants you to let him outside. He would make a fantastic companion!Ninja is part of our Ambassador's Program. Although they are not a Pawmetto Lifeline dog, they have received the same high standards of care. Vaccinations and spay/neuter are included in the adoption fee. Pawmetto Lifeline wants every animal to have a chance to find a loving home. If an animal is abandoned or needs to be re-homed, we can assist people by providing medical care, marketing and training if the individual fosters the animal. Please contact us at adoption@pawmettolifeline.org if you would like to meet an Ambassador Animal.

Spayed or Neutered,
Story
Hi! My name is Reba and I am a 10 year old chow mix. Don't let my age fool you, I love going on walks or being outside in general. I don't have a ton of energy, so the walks don't even need to be long! After some outdoor activity I love nothing more than laying on the cold floor for a while. Mom says I sometimes pulls back on the leash so without a martingale collar or fitted collar or harness, I would probably slip out of it.Felines are not my favorite, so please be a 'dog only' house! My foster mom doesn't have any other dogs, so please do a meet and greet with yours, if you have any, to make sure we would be a good fit together.I like following you around to see what you're doing but I don't mind being left home alone and only play with my toys. My foster mom also likes to leave me kongs and it keeps me busy since food is my favorite thing. I am very gentle when meeting new people and don't try to jump on anyone. I even walk up to them calmly! I want nothing more than a quiet home with a loving family. My adoption fee of $50 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?If you'd like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org.
