Story
Victress came to me last December after living with a senior disabled guardian who had no back yard. Upon adoption, Victress weighed 55 lbs, yet gained 36 lbs in one year of living with her guardian. She got no socialization, enrichment and became reactive and obese. I am happy to report she has been flourishing in my environment. I have four feline roommates and run a small daycare and boarding service emphasizing manners and socialization. Victress is super smart and I feel under the right care, she can flourish as a great dog. I know she is ready to find a home to call her own. She is going on five, but she has energy for days. She LOVES to run. She does great on car trips and is crate trained. She would need to continue her socialization to encourage better behaviors. We call her the roller derby gal being she runs around with her elbows out when playing. Admittedly, I am not sure what her breed really is, but I do know she is beautiful, confident and independent.

Story
Ty has been a family pet fo rhis whole life. He came into this family, with older kids,a nd no other pets. He does very well around other dogs in public spaces, but sharing the same household, he can turn into a grumpy old man I like to say. And he can be exactly that. He jsut turned 11 years old, and he is a Husky, so he is very very stubborn. He is not a cuddler, and if you invade his sace too much, he could show his teeth to you, so that's where I bring in his grumpy old man characteristics. But that is not to say that he does not need pets. Because he will sit up against you, and lean on you, asking for pets. He is very active for an 11 year old dog. He still acts like a puppy. When he wants to play, he will play and get zoomies. He definitely loves walking. He will whine by the door, and beg you to go for a walk with him, so he definitely needs new pawrents that are active, and can give him a daily walk most of the time. And for being a Husky, he sings. He loves to sing.
