Story
Hey! My new name is Toasty, I forgot what my old name was 😅. My current daddy and mommy found me in the parking lot of their work back in August. I was in really bad shape. Since they found me, I’ve been doing so well! The vet thinks I am around 8-10 years old. I have heartworms and I was so weak when they found me, we have been doing the slow kill method with heartworm prevention. My kidney function has returned to normal and other than the heartworms, my thyroid is a little low, but the vet thinks that will get better with the heartworms. I’m nervous around strangers, but I warm up to people easily, I’m really laid back, calm, and I love to cuddle and go for walks. I am an escape artist! I can climb a chain link fence and I can’t be contained by a crate, and I’m a pro at opening an unlocked screen door. I’m super good with kids! Cats are cool but sometimes I can get a little overexcited with them. My daddy is really sad, but he says this is for the best. I do well with other dogs.

Story
Meet Ginger! Hi! I'm Ginger! I'm a 2-year-old mixed breed rescued from a pretty terrible backyard situation. I absolutely love other dogs and it's almost impossible to get a pic of me without one of my friends! Brandy, Susie, and I spend a lot of time cuddling, Panda is fun to play with, and I'm in love with Angus! The nice people here think I'd do best in a home with another puppy friend to teach me more about life as an inside doggo! I'm pretty shy because I was never taught that people are nice and care about me. But, I'm learning that there are good people in the world! I really enjoy getting treats from the volunteers who spend time with me at the farm. I'm a medium-sized girl, weighing in around 40 pounds, and I need someone who will be patient with me as I learn to be an inside dog. Are you my person? If you'd like to meet me, submit and app today! https://freedomfences.org/dog-adoption-application/

Pumpkin is a clever, curious, and independent pup who joyfully greets you with all four paws politely on the floor. She’s enthusiastic about treats—especially hotdogs—and is a pro at catching them! Pumpkin enjoys exploring his surroundings more than toy play, preferring to wander and sniff. Though energetic, she remains well-mannered and shows his love through yummy treats. Pumpkin can be a bit anxious or bored indoors and would love an environment where she can explore and engage his curious mind.
