Story
Location: Lexington, SC Name: Macey Age: 3 years Breed: best guess is bull terrier / husky mix - 45 lbs M/F: F Spayed/Neutered/Shots: UTD on rabies, dhpp, & bordetella; heartworm prevention & UTD on prevention, spayed, microchipped Good with dogs, cats, and/or kids: good with kids, fine with cats but had to be introduced very very slowly and I never leave her with them unaccompanied, and good with dogs Aggression or medical issues?: shattered canines that don’t need removal but also leave her vulnerable to defending herself if need be; food protective (with other animals only - never with me even from the beginning) so I feed her separately but again, she physically is unable to do anything about it but no need to create chaos unnecessarily. Reason for rehoming?: found stray with a litter - puppies found a home but she is still looking House/crate trained?: yes - kennel/crate is definitely a safe place to her and she likes to nap there even with the door wide open. Additional info/story (personality): Loves to play with the other dogs, especially the puppies I take in. LOVES a routine and thrives extremely well off of it. Took me awhile to break her out of her shell upon intake, but she is such a good girl now. Loves playing with all the toys, even the stuffed ones, and rarely tears them up. Is a hugger. Message/comment if interested. Make sure if you message me to include the animal’s name since I have a lot of rescues I am trying to help rehome at the moment. Adoption application & contract required to ensure good home.

Story
Koala is a very sweet, loving dog, she does love to give you a hug, but has never had a mouthing or nipping problem. She loves water! Koala is good with grooming and knows some basic commands. She is energetic and needs someone that can exercise her daily. We recently lost our other big guy, my service dog, and without him she is not getting the mental and physical stimulation she needs. Also because of senior parents I have to keep her in a crate in the house and I feel bad for her. I have M.S and with my health decline it has become a struggle to take care of her. I do not take this lightly and I want her to have a wonderful home where she will be the "baby"

Story
Meet Max, a 1.5-year-old Husky who was surrendered to our rescue through no fault of his own. Max is house-trained, playful, and friendly, with a love for being close to people and enjoying tasty dog treats. Hes smart and has already completed 4 weeks of board and train obedience school, so he knows many commands. Max is great with both cats and dogs and would thrive in a home where he can get plenty of attention and mental stimulation. He may need to avoid homes with small children or busy schedules, as he can be a bit of a mouthy attention-seeker and may act out if bored (like trash can diving or counter surfing). With the right person or people who can provide him with the engagement he craves, Max will be a wonderful, loyal companion. We promised Max that the rest of his life, would be the best of his life. Story
This handsome boy is Tango! Tango came to us from another shelter, and we estimate he is around 8-9 months old. He is the happiest, most playful pup around. He is always playing with the other dogs, or whatever toy he can find. He walks great on a leash, too. He is a very smart pup, who is eager to please. Tango would love a big back yard full of toys to play with and a family to spoil him forever. We promised Tango that the rest of his life, would be the best of his life.
