Story
Meet Ally, a stunning 4-year-old  Husky and one of our Wanju meat farm survivors. Ally’s bright and cheerful personality shone through even in the toughest conditions. She is incredibly social with people and warms up to strangers instantly. If you give her a little attention, she’ll roll over and show you her belly! She adores humans, including children, and loves being touched and held. Picking her up is no problem at all—she’s all about that human connection. When it comes to other dogs, Ally is friendly and enjoys playing, even with new friends. However, she can get annoyed with overly energetic or pushy dogs and values her alone time and personal space. If another dog challenges her, she isn’t one to back down. Because of this, Ally would thrive either as the only dog in her new home or with a calm, low-energy companion who respects her boundaries. We haven’t had a chance to observe Ally around cats or birds, so her reactions to them remain unknown. With a moderate energy level, Ally loves outdoor activities but also appreciates her downtime afterward. She’s a big fan of cozying up in her house or hammock and thoroughly enjoys relaxing in her own space. On walks, Ally’s curious and loves exploring, which sometimes results in her pulling on the leash to go her preferred way. That said, she’s manageable and calms down as the walk progresses. She’s enthusiastic about her outings but settles nicely once she’s had her fill. Ally has excellent manners when it comes to food—she doesn’t guard her meals from people or other dogs. She’s not prone to barking and doesn’t exhibit separation anxiety. She’s also well-behaved in a crate and potty trained outdoors. Despite her challenging start in life, Ally greeted everyone at the dog farm with a wagging tail and bright eyes. Story
Hello! My name is Yobi and I’m a 2-year-old male Husky weighing 20 kg (44 lbs). With my stunning Husky looks and playful personality, I’m sure to steal your heart! I’m full of love and affection, always ready to show off my playful and charming side. I get along well with other dogs and enjoy making new friends, both furry and human. When I see people come and go, I sometimes let out a signature Husky howl to say, “Don’t forget about me!” I’m energetic and love outdoor adventures. While I can pull a bit on the leash during walks, I calm down quickly and walk nicely once I’ve burned off some of my excitement. I’m also very food-motivated and will happily accept treats from anyone, making it easy to become fast friends. Because I’m a true Husky at heart, I’d love to be adopted by someone familiar with the breed and its unique traits. My high energy and lively personality are part of my charm, but I need someone who can keep up with me and understand my needs. I love to play and often express my desire for attention with high energy, but that’s just my way of saying, “Let’s have fun together!” Above all, I crave love and connection with my humans and promise to be a loyal, affectionate companion. Are you ready to share your life with a fun, energetic, and lovable Husky? I can’t wait to meet you and start our adventures together! 🐾 To see more videos:https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLyEuMiuW6Ww58lIWSlAQjTbitIyvmFWwX

Story
Harley and Shelbey are twin girls. They are doing well in their foster home and are good with other dogs - big or little. They are good with people and are well behaved on leash and off. They are in great health, spayed and up to date on shots, weighing about 27 kg. They like to go for walks and adventures, and ride well in the car. They are housetrained as well. ``According to their foster it is at the dog park that these girls really shine. They like to run, wrestle and get along well with other dogs. Although they are still a bit nervous of strangers, they are coming along and are very affectionate to those they know. Inside the home, they are quiet, tidy, not destructive and generally calm. Of the two Harley is the one that most loves a good walk and to run around. Although they are good with other dogs and each other, they do not need to be adopted together. If you live in Ontario and would like to meet them and learn about our foster to adopt program, please email our rescue at c4ptoronto@gmail.com.

Meet Bolt – The Sweet and Shy Husky Mix Who Will Steal Your Heart! BOLT | M | 1 YEAR OLD | HUSKY X | 65 lbs Bolt is a stunning, shy boy with so much love to give once he’s comfortable with you. As a young Husky mix, he’s still learning the ropes and could benefit from a patient and understanding family who will help him grow into the confident, well-mannered dog he’s destined to be. While he may be a bit reserved at first—giving a little chuff or bark when meeting new people—just give him 30 seconds to sniff and settle in, and he’ll quickly turn into putty in your hands. With his handsome looks and sweet, docile nature, Bolt is the type of dog who quietly observes and will melt hearts with his bursts of playful energy. He’s a quiet companion in the home, content to soak up affection once he’s built trust with his humans. As he’s still in the early stages of training, Bolt would thrive in a home with a family who has the time and resources to guide him through his developmental years. He would also benefit from a confident resident dog to help him with socialization and show him the way when it comes to building trust and appropriate behavior. If you’re looking for a sweet, loyal companion with a heart full of love to give, Bolt could be the perfect match. Are you ready to help this shy boy bloom into the confident young man he’s meant to be? If you would like to meet Bolt, please contact anna.sankar@dogtopia.com to set up a meet & greet at Dogtopia of Aurora Village where he is being fostered

Story
Juneau is a spunky lady who doesn’t act her age at all! She’s bouncy, active, and will be very vocal when she wants your attention. She truly has the cutest “aawwwoo”. It melts our hearts every time we hear it! Her beautiful blue eyes draw everyone in. Juneau is so friendly and gentle with all people, especially small children. Unfortunately, Juneau was surrendered to us after her furry sibling passed away. She became quite anxious and was having accidents in the house, so her family did not want her anymore. Juneau was extremely underweight when she came to us, and is now slowly gaining weight. Juneau is looking for a family who is home often as she has separation anxiety and will cry if left alone for long periods of time. Her family will need to be patient and be willing to work on her house training and accidents. She would do best in a home with no other dogs or cats.
