Story
Konjo is a 1-year-old Husky who is waiting for his new home. He is an active boy who loves to play and has that typical Husky personality. Konjo is learning to walk on leash and would do well with an Easy Walk no pull harness. He loves other dogs and would do great with a companion to burn some energy with. Konjo does need a bit more training on his manners and sometimes jumps up over excited, so he is best suited in a home with no small children. A fenced in yard is best for any high energy dog, so he is hopeful his new family has one. Konjo loves people and dogs he is a really friendly boy who is waiting here at the Haven for his new family. Siberian huskies are classic northern dogs. They are intelligent but somewhat independent and stubborn. They thrive on human company, but need firm, positive training. They are bred to run and their love of running may overcome their love for their guardians at times, so a fully fenced yard is a must! Konjo is vaccinated, microchipped and is neutered. Story
Hi, my name is Timber,Neutered MaleHusky x German Shepherd Mixapprox. 5 years oldI'm an charming and affectionate pup, eager to share my love with everyone. Currently, I am one of the longest-standing residents at the Georgina Animal Shelter, patiently waiting for my forever home. When I first arrived, I was anxious and scared, displaying signs of resource guarding. However, I've made significant strides and have grown immensely over the past year with the dedication of trainers and wonderful staff. I'm a fun loving dog who loves to spend time outdoors, whether it's enjoying the scent of beautiful flowers or catching snowflakes. Throughout my extended stay at the shelter, I've experienced tremendous growth. Just like a magnificent butterfly, I am undergoing a transformation and one of the most rewarding aspects is that you could be part of this journey, making me the ideal companion for your lifestyle. Story
Quick FactsName: StellaAge: 2.5 years old (born May 2022)Gender: FemaleNeutered: YesBreed: HuskyColour: White & BlackWeight: 25 kg approximate   My StoryI’m Stella, a brave and loving Siberian Husky with a heart full of courage and a spirit that shines brighter than ever. Let me tell you my story!I’m a beautiful black-and-white Husky, weighing about 25 kg (55 lbs). My journey began in a breeding facility where I endured tough conditions before being rescued from a local shelter. Along the way, I faced some challenges, including glaucoma, which led to the removal of my eyes. But don’t let that fool you—I navigate the world with confidence, relying on my other senses and my incredible memory to thrive. Thanks to loving volunteers, I’ve blossomed into a happy, affectionate pup who’s ready to find her forever home.   My PersonalityI’m a friendly and affectionate girl who loves people. While I had a rough start and was wary of humans initially, I’ve completely opened up and now adore spending time with those who care for me. I’m full of energy, playful, and love to show off my sweet and goofy side. I might get startled if someone touches my face unexpectedly, but with gentle guidance, I quickly regain my trust and composure. Once I know you’re my person, I’ll remember you forever—my loyalty knows no bounds.   My Social SideI’m great with people and enjoy meeting new friends, both human and canine. While I’m happy to share my space and food with people, I might give a little growl if another dog approaches my food bowl—it’s just my way of setting boundaries. I rarely bark, and my calm demeanor makes me a great companion. I’ve adjusted well to life without sight and navigate social situations with ease, relying on my incredible memory and intuition.   My Energy Level & WalksI have a moderate to high energy level typical of Huskies, so I love getting outside for walks and playtime. Despite my blindness, I walk beautifully on a leash and enjoy exploring the world around me with my human. At home, I settle down nicely after some activity and enjoy quiet time by your side. I’m house-trained, comfortable with both outdoor potty routines and indoor pads, making me adaptable to various living arrangements.   Last MessageI’m a resilient, affectionate dog who’s overcome challenges with grace and a wagging tail. My unique journey has only made me stronger and more loving. I don’t let my blindness slow me down—I’m still as playful, active, and joyful as any other dog. With my incredible memory and bond with people, I’ll be your most loyal companion. I might need a bit of extra understanding, but I’ll reward you with endless love, cuddles, and unforgettable moments!   For More YouTube Clips, Click Here! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y2WuwXeA20g&list=PLIsLTtIpe3JwSz5q8XVgvLjT22jupAm-L ##2351807##

Story
All About MeHey, future family! I’m Heeah, a 5-year-old Husky/Jindo mix with a stunning tan and white coat. I might be 15 kg of fluff, but I’ve got a heart full of love and a playful spirit that’s ready to bring joy into your life!I came to the shelter with another dog, wearing a bright orange collar that matched my sunny personality. Now, I’m searching for a forever home where I can share my affectionate nature and unique charm with a family who’ll appreciate all the love I have to give.   What Makes Me Special• Affectionate & Friendly: I’m all about the cuddles! Whether you’re an old friend or a new face, I’m quick to warm up, rubbing against you and happily accepting all the pets. Once I’m comfortable, I’ll even roll over and show you my belly—who can resist that?• Playful Pooch: I love meeting new dogs and always approach with a friendly wag and a playful invitation. Just keep an eye out if there are toys or snacks involved—I might get a little protective. But don’t worry, I’m learning to share!• Outdoor Enthusiast: I enjoy my time outside, whether it’s a brisk walk or a playful romp. I’ve got plenty of experience on the leash and follow along nicely without pulling. After a fun day, I’m happy to relax and enjoy some quiet time with you.• Calm & Composed: I’m well-behaved in a kennel and prefer to keep my business outside. I’m also pretty quiet, only growling a bit when I need to protect what’s important—like you!• Pretty & Unique: With my mix of Husky and Jindo traits, I’ve got a look that’s as unique as my personality. I’m active and playful, with a friendly nature that makes me a great companion for anyone looking for a loyal friend.   My Ideal HomeI’m looking for a family who loves outdoor adventures as much as I do but also appreciates a calm and affectionate companion at the end of the day. I’d do well in a home where I can be active, meet new friends, and maybe even have a cozy spot to curl up in after a fun day. If you’re looking for a playful, loving dog who’s ready to fill your life with joy, I’m your girl!   Special NotesReady to make Heeah a part of your family? I can’t wait to meet you and start our journey together!
