Location: Lakeville, MN David is a handsome bundle of fun. He is equal parts playful adventurer and professional snuggle buddy. David’s favorite things: • Chasing a ball • Running around the yard • Learning new tricks (he already knows sit and come!) • Rolling on his back for belly rubs • Stretching out as long as possible and flashing his adorable “smile” David is doing amazing in his foster home: ✔ Crate trained ✔ Sleeps through the night ✔ Fully house trained (no accidents!) ✔ Great with kids ✔ Friendly with dogs ✔ Good with cats ✔ Loves meeting new people He’s a smart, affectionate pup who learns incredibly fast and loves being part of the action. His energy is a great medium level—happy to play outside but also ready to relax and match your vibe. Would probably do best in a house with a yard or someone who can make sure he gets plenty of exercise. Location: Hanover, MN Mateo is a big, lovable puppy with the heart of a lap dog and the energy of a true northern breed. He’s smart, affectionate, and always ready for adventure. He’s dog-friendly and very excited to meet new people. Mateo is crate trained, about 95% housebroken, and knows “sit.” He’s highly motivated by food and praise and is working on keeping all four paws on the floor when he gets excited. He’ll need a committed adopter who will continue his training with structure and positive reinforcement. Mateo has a high prey drive and cannot live with cats or small animals. He hasn’t been around kids yet and can be a bit of a bull in a china shop, so any children should be sturdy and supervised. With his high energy level, Mateo will thrive in an active home and would love activities like hiking, running, weight pulling, bikejoring, or skijoring. He wants to be wherever his people are — whether that’s on the couch, in the kitchen, or heading out on your next adventure. Location: Farmington, MN Hello, meet Leona!!! This girl would be a joyful and loving addition to any family! She gets along with other dogs and is very playful, but she also loves a good snuggle when she is ready to relax. She is very smart and learned “sit” within a day, with the help of a treat of course! She is sweet with just enough sass to make you laugh. I’m guessing a husky/german shepard mix. She’s crate trained, sleeps through the night in her kennel, and does great with daytime crate breaks too (up to 6 hours currently). She’s also potty trained and happily handles business in the yard. She listens when you tell her “go potty”. This girl is a quick learner. She already knows sit, down, and touch, which is where she touches her nose to your hand and can be used for recall. She's currently learning leave it and doing well. Training sessions are one of her favorite ways to burn energy and bond with her people. Her other favorite way is a walk of any length. Faber brings rookie enthusiasm to everything she does. She loves fetch, enjoys snuggle time once she settles, and wants to be involved in whatever her humans are up to. Like many young athletes, she’s still building her off-switch and does best with clear routines, structure, and regular mental and physical outlets.
