My name is Waichiwi. I love to hang out in the sun in my backyard. I am kennel trained and currently live in a household with a 7 year old labrador, two human teenagers and my foster parents. I love chasing after squirrels and rabbits in my backyard. I also love lounging in the sun. I am excited to meet new people – and have a habit of bopping you in the nose when I meet you. I love humans, walking with them, playing outside with them, taking trips to norther Minnesota – where I can be on a tie out and explore new places. I struggle to get to know new dogs. I need time to become used to them either in pack walks or slow introductions where we get to sniff each other – not nose to nose. I am getting back into brewery tours and enjoy hanging out there with my humans and meeting new humans. I am working hard on getting to calmy meet new dogs in that environment. If you are looking for a dog to live in your fenced yard home – I’m your dog. If you have another dog in your home -we will want to meet each other a few times and make sure we get along. Additionally, our assessments of a dog's interactions with other dogs, cats, or children are based on OUR experiences. Your experience may differ.
