Story
Snoopy is a 5 year old Husky pit-bull mix. She is up to date on shots and is potty trained and crate trained. She is a loving, wonderful companion, a watchful and loyal pet. Because of her high prey drive she should not be in a home with cats or other small animals. I have to rehome her because she doesn’t get along with my older female dog that is smaller than her. She is very territorial around her but does get along perfectly fine with my other female and male dog. Ideally, Snoopy would do best in a single pet home with older children or adults. She loves to play and run the yard and follows simple commands. Playing fetch is her favorite game. She is vocal like most huskies and will let you know is she has a pressing need to go outside or if she’s ready for a treat or to play. She also is quite content to cuddle or sit at your feet. I would not be rehoming her if this issue with my other female dog had not occurred. My biggest wish is for her to find a happy forever home.

We have had Taz since he was a puppy in Alaska. He loves to run around outside and chase squirrels. He doesn’t shy away from food except for lettuce. While he may pull your leash on walks, once he gets tired he’s a great walking partner and he loves to be your running partner. He likes to run around in the water. He loves a good brushing. He’s not a barker, except when there are strangers outside. If you lay down with a blanket, expect him to snuggle with you.

Guppie is well socialized; is friendly but not over exuberant when meeting people, dogs, and cyclists while hiking. Because of his breeds he needs a very active home that can provide at least an hour a day of running, hiking, biking, or swimming. If he doesn't get enough exercise he will be destructive in the home. Guppie is a working/sport dog that would thrive if given a job to do and a person to do it with. He would excel in sports like canicross, bikejoring, dock diving, or nose work; anything that allows him to run or swim and work together with his human.

This kid is about four years old and relies on other dogs to help show him the way. He is a lovebug once he accepts you as his. He lives with two other medium to large dogs and has learned to take cues from them when he is a bit rambunctious. He knows many helpful things like sit, stay, wait, leave it, with me and lay; though he still needs reminders sometimes. He even knows how to catch treatos flying his way! Kavik is looking for someone to continue to help him be brave and accept that there are some things that are a no fly zone without buckets of trust. We take him to All Dogs for baths and nails as they are not his favorite thing. He does great with kennel up at night and while we are gone; I wouldn't suggest free roaming as he might get bored and find something to get in trouble with. He has shown no tendencies to jump fence and run and has a 5' chain at the house. So, while he can jump like a kangaroo, he is content to stay home. He lived with a cat for awhile, but it was her time to cross the rainbow bridge, so he could use a bit more cat testing. He hasn't shown any guarding tendencies with food or toys other than he likes to steal his sisters toys/bones so she can steal them right back.
