Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Hi! I am an energetic working boy who is looking for a home to call my own! I am around 6 years old and know all of my basic commands including, sit, lay down, and off. I would love to find a family with another dog and a fenced in yard. Please no children because I am still working on my manners, including how to greet young people and strangers appropriately. I am looking for an experienced dog owner, someone who is a strong handler and is looking for a lifelong companion that is smart and will be their #1 sidekick. I cannot wait to find my forever home!   Broly's adoption fee is $250 and includes his neuter, microchip, current vaccinations and preventatives PLUS an obedience course at Cedar Run in Hiawatha.  Last Hope requires that all animals be kept as indoor pets only, be altered and current on vaccinations and preventatives.  Our adoption process includes reference and background checks, a home visit and a vet check.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 4, 2024, 6:20 pm

Story
Meet Koda, the 1 year old husky boy! This handsome fella is looking for his forever home! The typical husky, Koda is a talkative pup, who loves to sing the songs of his people! Ha! Walks well on a leash. This animal was one of the pups involved in a hoarding/puppy mill/neglect case where more than 60 animals were removed from a local residence. As with any animal we adopt out, we ask that you treat your new fur baby with love, patience and kindness. What they have experienced in their short lives is not fair. They deserve a happily ever after to their previously sad story. If you are interested in adopting this pup, please fill out an application, using the link below. Please specify which dog you are interested in. Applications without a specific dog, or otherwise incomplete, will not be considered. Adoption fee is $225.
