Story
Pepper is a sweet 10 year old whose owner unfortunately had to go to assisted living, so she is looking for a nice retirement home. She loves to wander around her foster mom's yard and follow people around the house. She is crate trained but would prefer to be out on a nice couch - she hasn't had any accidents in her foster home. She lived with other dogs in the past - have not seen her with cats so would need to test at a meet. Pepper is a typical husky and can be vocal at times, so something to consider if you share walls with anyone. She is great on car rides and walks and could lose some weight; she was 70+ lbs at her last vet visit. Her adoption fee is $150 and she's fully vetted/ready for meets any time. If interested in meeting Pepper, please apply at www.foreverhomedogs.org and we will set something up with you!All adoptions are $300 per dog for puppies under 1 year, $250 for adults 1 - 9 years old and $150 for senior dogs which include spay/neuter, micro-chipped and up-to-date on required shots. Senior dogs, at our discretion, are adopted out at $150 per dog because we know they will have less time with your family and may eventually have more needs as they get older. But we feel these dogs deserve to live out the rest of their lives as part of a loving family.
