Story
Bruno is a beautiful, 2-year-old brown and white Husky. His previous owner was told she couldn’t have animals in her condo, and so she pretty much wanted to just dump him somewhere. The good folks at the El Toro Animal Hospital in Lake Forest stepped in and now he is ready to find his true and deserving forever home. Here are some notes on Bruno by one of his daily walkers: “ Bruno is a very gentle dude, and walks nicely on a leash. He knows sit and stay (when waiting to cross the road). He’s not reactive to dogs or people and is not spooked easily on the street by loud noises. He is curious when on a walk and likes to sniff a lot (and chase the occasional lizard). I did try to run with him and he does seem to like that as well. He does seem to have the high energy you come to expect from this breed.”  Bruno is neutered, microchipped, up to date with all vaccinations, and had his wellness and fecal tests done. So, if you are looking for an awesome dog for your family, why not give this distinguished gentleman a chance and make a difference in his life.   If adoption isn't feasible, please consider fostering one of our pups. We are a volunteer-run non-profit dog rescue and always welcome new short or long-term doggie foster families. Doggie Bonez will provide you with everything you need, including dog food, a bed, toys, medical attention (if required), and more. So, if you're interested, please visit www.doggiebonez.com to see all of our available dogs who need a foster family while waiting for their forever home and complete the foster application.November 7, 2024, 2:26 pm

Story
Marsican was adopted from us as a puppy and is now being returned. She’s a very good girl, her parents work schedule changed and now she’s alone too many hours of the day. She loves her people, loves to play, is good with kids, and potty trained.  She’s a small husky size, about 40lbs. If you would like to meet her please fill out an application at www.carmaoc.org. You can text or emails us any questions as well. December 7, 2024, 6:39 pm

Story
Acquired him as a pup from a friend who couldn’t care for him so I took him in. He is 5 years old. We aren’t allowed to him in home & we have two newborns in the family that require more space. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to care for him. He is harmless with kids and adults. Wasn’t trained in house. He loves to roam free & needs to expel his energy because he is energetic. Is good around other dogs big or small. Not neutered. I need to find a home for him in less than a week.
