Hi there! I'm Moose, a big, handsome brindle with long, floppy hound ears. I'm playful, smart, and full of confidence. I absolutely love water-swimming and hiking are some of my favorite activities! Balls are my number one motivation, so you can bet I'm always up for a game of fetch or tug of war. I'm already fully potty trained and I adore my crate; just tell me to go to my "home and I'll happily head inside. I'm quick to learn new commands and already know sit, lay down, paw, and kiss. I really enjoy playgroup and getting to hang out with my dog friends. I'm looking for an experienced owner who can keep up with my energy and continue my training. If you're active and can give me plenty of outdoor fun and adventures, we'll make a great team!

Story
I adopted Sola 14 years ago. She was thought to be 6 or 8 at the time but I think she must have been younger. She's always been a bit shy/timid with humans and independent but loved running around with other dogs in her younger years. These days she sleeps a lot and keeps to herself for the most part but if you show her affection (it won't be requested) she'll eventually warm up and relax into it. I think the perfect home for her these days would be someone who is home all day and can keep an eye on her so when she gets up she can be let outside. She loves exploring a big yard and would likely enjoy having other dogs around if they aren't too energetic/don't pressure her to play but she's fine as an only dog. She is currently deaf and has cataracts so some issues with depth perception. She's lost some of her house training in recent years when folks aren't watching/don't see she's up or needs to go out. Overall she's a sweet girl and we hope to find her the best possible environment.
