Story
****REDUCED ADOPTION FEE*** Ivy Rose Great Dane ( DNA Proves Full-Blood) 2-3 years 155 pounds All her babies flew out the door the minute they could go yet poor mama still waits for her furever home. Please share its not fair she sits here still. She is a Typical goofy Great Dane who loves to be loved and has no idea their tail is a deadly weapon. Ivy loves to be loved on and is not high energy at all. She would make a great companion dog who just wants to be a couch potato and snuggle all day. She is house trained and great on the leash. Unfortunately she was heartworm positive when we rescued her but is almost complete with her treatment in just a few more weeks so will be as good as new. Get your applications in. You must have an approved application to come and meet them. Once you submit an application please reach out to us in text or email. Story
This is the sweetest boy. He was dumped, so skinny with fur all bleached out, as if he was kept outside most of his life. Cain is about 4 years old and a thin 84 lbs. Could probably use close to 10 more lbs on him at this time. He is gentle and sweet and does well in all situations. Not sure if he is a mix, for he looks very pure, but we are not certain. Cain is a must meet, for he will steal your heart for sure. Truly just a wonderful dog and so handsome in person. LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER (Pregnant Dog Rescue) is a private, in home, all breed rescue facility. We exist only on the kindness of your donations and adoptions! We pride ourselves on being an HOLISTIC center and feed only holistic foods and various vitamins and supplements to all of our dogs. LOVABLE MUTTS ADOPTION CENTER dogs are well socialized, very friendly, and in wonderful health.  We stand by our pups/dogs, and give 10 days for a refund and almost always take our dogs back at any age of their lives (often depends on dog)! LMAC has an application screening process.  All applicants are asked to provide vet references, personal references, and a home visit.  We pride ourselves in matching up the right dog with the right home. Sometimes this happens quickly and sometimes it might take awhile. We hope you understand and are willing to wait for the perfect pup for your situation. We reserve the right to turn applicants down and to change our mind about a suitable match, for we are only concerned about what is best for our dogs.  Also note that we arrange our visiting hours around your schedule, as this is a private, in home facility.  We respond to all inquiries promptly, so if you have any trouble sending us an email, or have not heard back from us within 24 hours, please, CONTACT US AGAIN and check your spam!  (We all know how emails can be at times!) Our dogs are spayed or neutered (if old enough), up to date on vaccines, wormed, heartworm tested, and free of fleas and ticks.  We temperament test our  dogs and they are all suitable for many family situations. Our dogs are well mannered, know some basic commands, and are usually housebroken within a week of being with us (if old enough).  They are in our family/home situation at this time (not in kennels or crates, although most are crate trained) and are worked with daily.  All of our dogs do well with other dogs and many do well with cats. Adoption donations vary with age, breed, vetting, and training of the dog, and range from $250 to $695 (most being $595).  (We do not tend to place puppies or small dogs with kids under 6 and reserve the right to match who WE feel would be the best homes for our dogs.)   November 19, 2024, 11:44 am

Story
We are so excited to be a part of changing the future for this handsome male Great Dane called Neville.  Recently we were asked to help this one year old fawn colored boy to find a home and to do all the vetting from the ground up. You see, Neville was orphaned at birth when his momma died and he was hand- raised and fed by a woman who dearly loved him and still does. Eventually, she realized she was overwhelmed due to his size and the future of caring for him (she was a senior lady)  and sadly she surrendered him to Critter Cavalry Rescue.   Soon our foster mom who has two Great Danes herself, quickly figured out that Neville had only been around his Great Dane dad and siblings all his life and it was a sight to behold when he met the variety of dogs at this new foster home.  Neville tucked his tail and ran with sheer fright! He has since embraced all the foster dogs, cats, horses, donkeys and pigs as his friends. This special boy doesn’t have a mean bone in his body. And if you know the Dane breed traits, he is all of those and more.  He loves to run and play with all his new dog friends and we think he believes he has died and gone to dog heaven with all these friends to play with. Eager to please, Neville is the happiest when he puts his huge head in your lap to absorb all the love from his foster mom.  He loves to be petted and told how good a boy he really is. He is still a wee bit timid of new things and he will seek out a kind human to lean on for reassurance that all is well.   He is not in the house 24/7, but close to being housebroken all the same.  He has been neutered and we talked his stomach for the prevention of stomach flipping later in life.  This common malady effects the large breed dogs in high numbers and the reality of it happening is huge.  It is costly and often how large dogs end up in the ER at the expense of well over $5000 with no guarantee that the emergency surgery will save the dog.   We try to give this all-important insurance by tacking the stomach to help prevent any future flipping of the stomach.  We know that Neville will be the love of some family’s life if he is chosen.  We will require a fenced yard and someone that does not leave him 8-9 hours daily for work.  Shorter work hours away are fine, but he will be lonely if left crated for 8-9 hours. If you are interested in this giant lovebug please email Critter Cavalry Rescue at ccrnewengland@gmail.com   He is worth every penny donated to adopt him.  You will see that instantly. PLEASE NOTE:   Our dogs and cats are fostered in Tennessee and can transport weekly up to the Northeast region.  Request an application and learn more about Critter Cavalry at https://www.crittercavalry.com/adoption.November 14, 2024, 10:09 pm

Story
Meet Blue! This handsome guy is about 95 pounds at 7 months old. He's still got some growing to do. He is a sweet, happy guy who wants to be with his people as much as possible. He will thrive in a home dedicated to helping him continue his training with positive reinforcement and plenty of exercise. He would love a larger doggie sibling or weekly daycare/play dates to keep him from getting bored. He doesn't mind cats. Blue is very much still a puppy and could accidentally knock over young children and smaller dogs with his playfulness. Children over 14 years old preferred. A home with prior Great Dane experience would be ideal, but not mandatory. He is house trained and crate trained. Blue is neutered, microchipped and up to date on all vaccinations. If you would like to meet this adorable guy and make him part of your family, please complete an application at https://forrescue.net/dog-application/ Blue is located in Hampton Cove, Alabama. Friends of Rescue requires a home visit and vet reference prior to all adoptions. All Friends of Rescue animals are indoor family members.

Story
This sweet dog is an owner surrender. The current family could not afford to keep him and found it difficult to feed him. We naturally offered to help but they were also having to move which new home would not allow dogs. Especially a big one! Opie is an easy dog, very sweet . He is a mix of lab and Dane. He is happy in nature and will be a great dog for any family. RPACI is a non profit rescue, and currently possess our 501C3 to operate as such. Please visit us on Facebook: Rebecca's Paws and Claws in Remlap and our website: www.rpacirescue.org. All dogs from this rescue are transported from Alabama to the Pennsylvania/ New England area and delivered in Pennsylvania and RI. Each dog will come fully vetted. Price also includes transportation and a Health Certificate as required by law. There is a 100.00 deposit required at the time of adoption to secure the transport crate. The remainder of the fee will be paid once you pick up the dog. Naturally the 100.00 comes off the total owed at pick up. It will be refunded if for any reason you decide you do not want to adopt, unless the transport has already left.with the dog. To get a application please email: saveapreciouspaw@gmail.com You can also visit our website Rpacirescue.org to fill out an adoption application
