This stunning 7 month old Great Dane is Rudolph! She is just a big ol' puppy, weighing in at 80 pounds. Rudolph is proving to be a very brave and very good girl in her foster home. She is good with other dogs and cats, too! With slow introductions, she does well with children and is getting the hang of meeting new adult friends. While she is still learning to trust, she's doing great with crate training and working on potty training. Once she masters potty training, it's onto basic commands! Rudolph enjoys the occasional jaunt, but she's otherwise calm, cool and collected. She's just happy to hang out! She would love to find a forever family who is ready to work with her on training while being patient as she comes out of her shell. A few years ago, this sweet girl was found dumped along the fence of our rescue! She was skin and bones and needed immediate help, so we named her MayDay. Our best guess is she around 6 or 7 years old and a Great Dane/ Staffshire terrier mix. She is very gentle, loves people, and really enjoys car rides. Mayday gets along with males, but is not very playful with other dogs. She would do best as the only fur baby in the home. Since she has been a kennel dog her whole life, MayDay is not pot trained so she will need a family who understands that. This dear girl would love a chance to live out her days in the comfort of a home with a family who will love her!
