Story
Looking for a new single dog home for our ~3.5 year old, spayed, female Great Dane mix named Bridgette. She was rescued by my husband prior to us getting together, had a past of being a stray in Missouri and not getting along with other dogs. Despite our efforts through training both dogs to help correct this behavior with my female dog in the house, she needs to be re-homed to an only dog household. She loves cuddling, sleeping all day, being lazy on her bed, loves all people, and just wants to be loved on. She loves being outside, squirrel stalking/watching, bird watching, and walks. Would thrive on a place with land to roam and be outside for sure or with a large backyard. She listens well, knows sit, stay, down, place, shake, etc., is crate trained, and obviously potty trained. She loves traveling and is very good in the car. She loves the teenage neighbor kids as well as my teenage cousins. She does have separation anxiety, therefore she must be crated while gone.

Story
A few years ago, this sweet girl was found dumped along the fence of our rescue! She was skin and bones and needed immediate help, so we named her MayDay. Our best guess is she around 6 or 7 years old and a Great Dane/ Staffshire terrier mix. She is very gentle, loves people, and really enjoys car rides. Mayday gets along with males, but is not very playful with other dogs. She would do best as the only fur baby in the home. Since she has been a kennel dog her whole life, MayDay is not pot trained so she will need a family who understands that. This dear girl would love a chance to live out her days in the comfort of a home with a family who will love her! If you want to give MayDay that chance, find us at https://www.tailsoftheforgottenpaws.org/ to fill out an application or on facebook (tails of the forgotten paws)

Story
Hello world! I am Tater, a 8 month old, 75 pound, Great Dane puppy! I am a sweet girl who makes friends easily with the dogs I've met so far! I'm not interested in cats so we can coexist just fine. I'm still a big nervous with new people, including children, but I just got to this new place and I'm still settling in. And Once I get used to my human friends, I love to be around them! Now that I know my foster family is safe, I beg for pets all the time :) My foster family, including my canine foster bro, is helping me with my training needs, and I hope my forever family will continue to be patient with me as I get comfortable and learn new things! I am still getting used to my crate, and I'm doing well going to the bathroom outside. I am looking forward to all the good things ahead, I just need the right person to guide me and help me gain the confidence I need to succeed! I promise it will be very rewarding to see me come out of my shell! Do you think you and I will be a match? If so, let TNT know! My adoption fee is $800 which includes Gastropexy

Story
Meet Nala! Age: Adult Weight: 85lbs Breed: Great Dane Good with: Dogs, cats and older kids House trained: Yes Crate trained: Not required Special needs: Hypertrophic Osteo Dystrophy, needs a home without stairs Nala is a sweet and loving pup who has been through some difficult physical challenges and is looking for a patient, compassionate forever home. Nala was confiscated by Animal Control due to neglect. She was born with Hypertrophic Osteo Dystrophy that went untreated. This rare condition affects bone growth in affected puppies that require steroids to treat painful flare ups and in Nala caused some deformation in her limbs and joints. Despite this condition, Nala is an incredibly gentle and loving dog. She has yet to meet a stranger and loves all the dogs and people she has met. Because of her size, it is recommended that she live with older children. She is housebroken and does not require a crate when left alone. Because of her condition, a home without stairs would be best for her. Nala is looking for a cuddle buddy as she is super snuggly and a Velcro pup in her foster home. Sadly, we do not know what the future holds for Nala due to her medical concerns. She is looking for and deserves a home where she can be cherished despite the challenges she faces. Nala radiates love and affection, are you the person who can share your heart and home with a pup in need? **Nala is fostered in Brookfield Albert's Dog Lounge is a specialty rescue focusing primarily on senior and special needs dogs.
