Sweet, affectionate dog looking for a calm, loving home 💛 Mila is a gentle, people-loving girl who adores attention and will happily flop beside you just to be close. She enjoys pets, cuddles, and being part of everyday life. Once she meets someone, she quickly warms up and just wants love. 6 years old. Current on vaccines. Potty trained. She does have a BIG, protective bark at the door or doorbell, it sounds scary, but she is a softie, after greetings, wants lots of pets. Like many food-motivated dogs, she’ll try to sneak unattended snacks and would do best in a home that can keep food put away and continue basic training. Mila would thrive in a patient, caring home that appreciates a loyal companion who simply wants to be near her people. Meet Freddie our sweet one year old poodle mix. He weighs 15 pounds full grown. He is neutered, microchipped and up to date on all his vaccines. The vet sent him home with a clean bill of health and is now ready to find a home all his own. He is house trained and goes outside to do his business every couple hours when needed. Inside the home, he's pretty independent and keeps to himself unless you're calling him over for some love and attention. He's not the type to demand affection, but he absolutely soaks it up when it's offered. He is still getting the hang of walking on a leash and building confidence as his previous life as a breeder dog didn't include many outings, so everything is still a little unfamiliar to him but he's making steady progress. He enjoys spending quiet time out in the yard and will happily hang out on his own, especially if he's not quite ready to come inside. He's a bit of a hide and seek pro when he wants to be. Every day he gets a little braver, a little more curious, and a little more confident. He currently sleeps in his crate peacefully at night but I'm sure he would love his own bed next to yours if you prefer. He sleeps soundly through the night and settles in easily when you need to step out. What he needs now is someone with patients and a gentle heart, someone who understands that love and trust take time to grow. He'd thrive in a calm, nurturing home where he can continue building confidence at his own pace. His adoption fee is $1500 which covers all vet costs, care and training since the time he's been with us.
