Story
Macy is from a fabulous breeder out of Santa Clarita California - the nurse who bred her liter can show you exactly the genetic makeup to get a perfect mini goldendoodle which she is! She is such a good girl / she was a Christmas gift to my 2 children in 2019. Macy has been trained by Denver’s exclusive 6 week K9 program by prison handlers. She is obedient and happy, a tad anxious when lefty in her crate or alone but sucks on a blanket. She is a family dog and plays well with all animals. The only reason we need to re home is because since having a surprise pregnancy I have been unable to walk and care for her as she deserves.

Story
Meet Tobi – A Loving Senior Dog in Need of a New Home Tobi is a sweet, almost 10-year-old boy with a gentle heart and a lot of love to share. He’s looking for a new forever home where he can relax and enjoy his golden years. Tobi has some special needs—he experiences seizures and is partially blind due to cataracts—but these challenges don’t stop him from being a wonderful companion. He’s not a fan of walks, but he adores exploring a fenced yard, soaking up the sunshine, and enjoying the simple pleasures of life. This cuddle bug spends most of his day napping and loves nothing more than curling up beside his favorite humans. He thrives in a calm environment with someone who can provide the love and care he deserves. If you’re looking for a laid-back, affectionate dog who will be content to keep you company, Tobi might be the perfect match for you. He’ll bring warmth, comfort, and plenty of snuggles into your life. Please reach out if you’re interested in giving Tobi the loving hom

Story
** If you are interested in adopting Cooper, please fill out our adoption application at http://farfels.com/farfels-rescue/adoption-form/ ** Meet Cooper! Cooper is a 1-year-old, 50 lb Goldendoodle with a heart as big as his sweet eyes. Cooper, unlike a lot of rescue dogs, has actually had a pretty good life until he ended up in a small, overcrowded shelter in Texas. Cooper was relinquished to the shelter by his owner of the last year, because the human was psychically disabled and Cooper was too much for him to handle. He is a 1 year old Goldendoodle, so naturally Cooper has some energy! Cooper is good with all other dogs he has met, and loves people. He is a very happy, bouncy guy! Per his previous owner, though we have not tested his ourselves, he is good with kids and cats as well. Cooper deserves a loving family who can offer him the time and energy to play with, exercise, and train a young dog. Cooper is ready for a fresh start, and he’s looking for a home where he can shower you with affection and share his fun-loving spirit. We don't know if Cooper has had any formal training. A (virtual or in-person) positive reinforcement group training class promotes great behavior, bonding and confidence for a young dog whose self-esteem will fly high while he masters his skills. Training is so important in the future behaviors of every dog. It's for this reason that we're unwilling to adopt to a family that doesn't make this loving choice. Farfel's is happy to provide a list of both in-person and virtual positive reinforcement / force- free trainers in your area. Our training requirement is to help every adoption be successful. Cooper has been fully vetted and is up to date on his vaccines and neutered. Farfel's Rescue is a fully foster based rescue, and offers a one week trial with every adoption. We feel that this is much more beneficial to not only the dog, but the adopter too. We believe that only getting 20-30 minutes with a dog before deciding on a lifetime commitment is not a fair amount of time to the adopter, or the dog. Therefore we give adopters one week with the dog to assure it is the right fit, and offer a full refund of their adoption fee should it not workout within the week trial. Farfel's Rescue has been doing adoptions this way since 2005 and is thrilled to adopt out ~400 dogs each year. If you are interested in adopting from us, please be sure to fill out our adoption application at http://farfels.com/farfels-rescue/adoption-form/ . **PLEASE NOTE** If you're truly interested in adopting from us, please be sure to fill out our Farfel's Rescue adoption application.

Story
Dilly is a sweet 3 and a half year old boy! He loves all people and dogs, and he loves sitting on laps! Dilly is about 15 lbs, and has a very gentle temperament. He loves lots of attention, and loves to play fetch. Dilly is a little nervous around vets and groomers, but will still go to greet them with his belly on the floor and tail wags. He is not at all aggressive, and has never snapped or bitten other dogs or people. Dilly loves giving kisses, eating close by his people, and any and all squeaky toys! He is a lap dog! Dilly recently lost a tooth unexpectedly, and was diagnosed with periodontal disease. He had a tooth cleaning and several extractions afterwards. Dilly needs continued dental care, and the vet recommended annual cleanings to keep up with his periodontal disease. My family loves him so much, but we are unable to afford his ongoing medical treatments. We are hoping to find him a new home that can keep him more comfortable than we are able to.
