Story
Meet Truffles! Truffles is an adorable & exuberant 7 month old puppy with huge stick up bat signal ears. When not receiving transmissions, her giant receivers crisscross atop her head. She loves long walks on her leash, zooming, playing with balls & stuffies, tug-of-war and of course, cuddling. She has a genetic condition that requires a bit of extra time & special steps at meals. She has a custom chair that allows her to eat in an upright position. Truffles eagerly gets into her chair as she is quite food motivated. She is intelligent, active, affectionate, and eager to please. She is ideal for an active family or individual. Local adoption fee is $250 (in TX) Out of state adoption fee is $500 (includes transport to your area - $50 Temporary Fuel Charge will be added)

Adoption Fee: 350.00Weight: 42.6lbs Arrival Date: 06/13/2024Microchip number: 98209106929048Did you see my cape? Isn`t that cool. I am not a superhero but I play one at SafeHaven! Don`t tell the other dogs here how famous I am. I mean I star is some very popular movies but I truly am just a regular guy trying to find my place on this planet. As you know I am the embodiment of truth, justice, and the American Way. I am an all American Family dog. I select my friends (dogs) carefully, as I want to make sure that my family is my top priority. There were a few children volunteers at my previous shelter that I loved so much. I have never been around cats but I wouldn`t be opposed to meeting them...if you love them, maybe I could too.

Story
Autumn is a Golden Retriever mix who's as sweet as a pumpkin spice latte on a crisp fall day! Born around August 2021, this lovable girl has perfected the belly rub roll, flopping over at the mere suggestion of a tummy scratch. Autumn is as golden as her name suggests: calm, cooperative, and a dream on the leash. She’ll even sit patiently and wait for your cue to start her stride, proving she's as courteous as she is cute!  She’s fantastic with kids, cats, and larger dogs, and while she’s polite to smaller dogs, they’re not really her jam. Completely house-trained and trustworthy when left home alone, she's the definition of a well-mannered lady. Autumn has a playful spirit, so her ideal family will have a canine buddy to fill her days with fun, and a patient human to boost her confidence and help her feel safe with new people. Though initially shy around unfamiliar faces, Autumn warms up quickly, flashing that heart-melting smile of hers and rewarding you with her genuine, affectionate nature. But just a heads up—this clever girl can jump chain fences with surprising agility if she’s feeling spooked, so a secure setup and some reassurance will go a long way. This sweet girl is a rare 5-star gem, and her gorgeous smile will light up any home lucky enough to call her family!
