Story
Manny is a four year old golden doodle. He’s neutered and up to date on all shots. He is a smart, loving, fun dog but Manny has Pica. (He eats non food items). He’s had two surgeries to remove blockages. At this point the owner realizes that he needs a smaller home, with advanced crating and behavioral modification training, which she simply can not afford to do for him at this time. If you’re interested in Manny, fill out an application at sccpets.com. If you’re approved, we’ll put you in touch with the owner. His adoption fee is $300.November 5, 2024, 12:47 pm

Story
William is a 7 year old Golden doodle, around 45 lbs. He’s a loving guy and so smart. William loves kids, dogs and cats! He’s got an appointment to be neutered and is up to date on all shots. His owner says that life has gotten too busy and they don’t have time for William anymore... He has some serious separation anxiety and an incessant need to have his ball thrown for him. (Needs attention and direction) It would be best that William be adopted by retired folks or those that work from home, as his anxiety will cause him to be destructive if he’s left alone. This includes someone who has the time to do some behavioral modification training with him, of course. If your interested in giving this guy the opportunity to be loved, please fill out an application at sccpets.com (at no cost or obligation for you), and we’ll get you in touch with his owner. (Serious applicants only, please). Williams adoption donation is $250. This includes the price of his neuter.November 5, 2024, 12:47 pm

Story
Ari and Chaco are sweet, loyal companions looking for a home that has more time to love them! They are littermates, both neutered males, born in June 2019 and purchased from a small farm in Lewis County, WA. They are 1/2 golden retriever, 1/4 black lab, and 1/8 Australian shepherd and Bernese mountain dog. They have grown up on a 5 acre farm with freedom to run often. Chaco is a watchful, aware dog who likes to know what is going on. He is extremely gentle with people and lets his pack know when there's something to notice. Ari is a dopey, gentle love bug who will snuggle with you all day but also loves to run outside. He doesn't realize how big he is and sometimes leans in to get his loves. They are both great with kids. They grew up with kids ages 7-17; our 1 and 3 year old nephews have climbed on, pulled on, and chased them and the dogs ignore it. They both chase small animals (squirrels, bunnies, cats, etc). They will only be rehomed together.

Story
Autumn is a Golden Retriever mix who's as sweet as a pumpkin spice latte on a crisp fall day! Born around August 2021, this lovable girl has perfected the belly rub roll, flopping over at the mere suggestion of a tummy scratch. Autumn is as golden as her name suggests: calm, cooperative, and a dream on the leash. She’ll even sit patiently and wait for your cue to start her stride, proving she's as courteous as she is cute!  She’s fantastic with kids, cats, and larger dogs, and while she’s polite to smaller dogs, they’re not really her jam. Completely house-trained and trustworthy when left home alone, she's the definition of a well-mannered lady. Autumn has a playful spirit, so her ideal family will have a canine buddy to fill her days with fun, and a patient human to boost her confidence and help her feel safe with new people. Though initially shy around unfamiliar faces, Autumn warms up quickly, flashing that heart-melting smile of hers and rewarding you with her genuine, affectionate nature. But just a heads up—this clever girl can jump chain fences with surprising agility if she’s feeling spooked, so a secure setup and some reassurance will go a long way. This sweet girl is a rare 5-star gem, and her gorgeous smile will light up any home lucky enough to call her family!
