MEET GRACE & KATIE, two beautiful,sweet & bonded black German Shepherds! Both of these lovely girls were rescued from a crowded California shelter, and they are very bonded. They have been waiting over a year for a home together. Grace & Katie are good with other dogs and lovely with people. Grace, the mama dog, is about 5-6 years old, and Katie is a 2-year-old girl now and growing up! Both girls have also done fairly well around cats but would need to be monitored. Katie weighs about 60-65 lbs, and Grace weighs about 71-75 lbs. They've waited a long time for a home because we are trying to place them together, so if you can open your home to two dogs, please email for an application. They also need a foster! MEET NICO! This stunning dog is a purebred, 8-year-old German Shepherd, recently saved from a crowded California shelter, after being picked up as a stray. Nobody claimed him, and he was rescued in the nick of time. Nico seems to like some dogs and not others, though the jury is still out on that as we continue to get to know him. He's a gorgeous dog and in good health, and extremely sweet, gentle and loving. Nico weighs about 80 lbs. Please email for an application.

MEET SCOUT! Scout is a handsome 3-year-old German Shepherd mix in need of a foster or forever home. He was rescued from an overcrowded California shelter, where he was kenneled with another dog and did great. He especially seems to like females, and did well on a few meet-ups. Scout loves human attention and affection, and loves food! He would do great with an active person or people who can take him for walks, hikes or other outings. He weighs about 64 lbs.. I was mistreated by my previous owner, and my fellow dog siblings chewed off the tips of my ears, probably because I am more submissive. Despite this, I've coped well. I'm a shy boy and will require your guidance and support. I will always look to you for direction and rely on your support. I'm a very tolerant and the bestest boy! I want a confident sibling like my foster mom's American Bulldog Blend. I'm cautious but open to new experiences and people. Pepper came to us at 1 year old because her owner couldn’t take care of her. We already had 4 other dogs so made the decision to foster her. She is scared of women at first (we believe she was abused by the old owner), so she can be extremely skittish, but once she warms up to you she is an absolute lover. She really enjoys running around the yard and going on walks. Unfortunately she is not doing well behaviorally with our dogs and needs a home she can have one on one time with. She would thrive in a calmer environment, she doesn’t like loud noises. Unsure of how she is with kids as she hasn’t been in that situation but she is not aggressive towards people at all and has never bitten someone. I would love to find her a home where she will be loved and taken care of and happy.

Hi, meet or pretty girl Cream who is about 1-2yrs old and a petite 40lbs. She's very loving and sweet but also a bit shy with humans and dogs but warms up quickly. She gains confidence around other dogs and solicits attention. She doesn't walk well on a leash and just needs a little direction as it doesn't seem like she learned about a leash before. She's not only a cutie, she's smart too so she'd be fun to train. She seems to be house trained, but accidents should be expected for a new environment. She's spayed, vaccinated and chipped so she's ready to be your new love. Get your application in ASAP! Hi, I am Jules! I am a two- to three-year old, 65-pound Shepherd mix boy in search for my forever home. I wandered up to my foster home several months ago looking for refuge and would not leave the gate. I knew there were lots of dogs in the home and I wanted to make friends and have a safe place! My foster dad took me in and immediately I fit in. All of a sudden I had lots of playmates, good food, shelter from the elements, and love! I have been the perfect foster dog, never causing problems and helping other new foster dogs that arrive to feel comfortable and safe. I love to run and play and I am so gentle with everyone. I am house-trained, crate-trained, walk well on leash, like car rides, and always come when foster dad calls me. I am athletic and strong, which makes me great at playing with big dogs that want to wrestle and compete in races. I respect the space of shy dogs and am gentle with little dogs, and I am also very gentle with my people – I don’t jump on them and I respect their space. I do enjoy a good cuddle with foster dad and I love meeting new people when they visit. I am looking for a forever home where I can be an integral part of the family.
