Please be patient, we try and get back to you as quickly as possible, answering the questions below, help us greatly. ***Please check your Junk/Spam folder for reply e-mails from us, if its been more than 72 hours*** Hi I am Max, I am 3yrs old, neutered male, German Shepard/Husky Mix. I was found as a stray in Yamhill County. My microchip told the shelter staff all about me, originally from Eastern Oregon, I was re-homed here in Yamhill County. My owner had some life events and couldn't come for me. Max is a very sweet dog, he loves to play and run around our field, he would love to be the only animal in the house so he can get all the love. I love to go for walks and am a very good walking buddy, I know lots of commands and my recall is almost perfect. I do need a home with a large fenced yard or acreage, as that is what I am used too. Apartment or no yard life is not for me. My adoption fee is $225, includes vaccines, dewormer, flea treatment and 1pound bag of food. 1. Do you have a privately fenced yard? 2. How many humans and ages live in your home? 3. How many animals and types? 4. Do you have time for daily walks? 5. Have you ever owned a large bred dog? I am 97 pounds! 6. What would a typical Max day be like?

Story
Lola is a 5 1/2 year old pure German Shepherd. She will do best in a single-dog family. She is an absolute sweetheart. Will sit up on her bum on the couch so you can give her belly rubs. She was my Mother-In-Laws treasure, and she unexpectedly passed away. She is used to being and wants to be an only child. She is great with the grandkids, knows basic commands, she doesn't chew on anything other than toys. She is crate trained as well.

Story
Griffin had a rough start but since he's been with us for the last 7 months, he has made great strides and we think he is wonderful. Griffin needs an owner with experience in training or handling the working drives that are strongly present in Griffin. He has extensive obedience training. He is house trained, crate & kennel trained. He swims & travels well. Easy to keep and manage. He was raised with  children, but his strong work drives make him too unpredictable to be safe around young children. He is definitely a guardian dog. He has spent multiple hours in many settings for socialization and obedience but does best in a fenced area and likes the structure of being in his place with consistent routines, boundaries and environment. Griffin is a true estate dog. Griffin will retrieve a ball endlessly so we have him do obedience with ball & food rewards. After training/working he gets a cooldown period with maybe a swim in the river. The water is his happy place. Griffin is healthy, and exceptionally beautiful. A great companion for someone who lives alone & wants an easily managed dog. Griffin has lived around cats successfully, but we advise that a very savvy cat and owner would be most ideal.

Story
Luna is a 1 yr old, spayed and vaccinated, shepherd mix. She is on the bigger side weighing in at 75+ pounds and counting. Luna was kept in a crate and neglected the first couple months of her life. Surprisingly, she still loves her crate time and is quiet when you’re gone. She is excellent walking on the leash. Foster mom has never had an easier walker than Luna! She loves to learn and really responds to positive reinforcement! Luna does need a firm handler who is familiar with shepherds and working/guarding breeds (like Grt. Danes). Luna is highly reactive/aggressive to children. She is not a candidate for grandparents or anyone that wants children in their home, even semi regularly. She is highly reactive to small animals. She is not recommended for a farm or cat setting. Luna LOVES to play! She has been a great playmate to the foster mom’s 1 year old border collie. Luna would do amazing with a male dog friend that isn’t too possessive of his toys. She likes to play rough but listens well to corrections from male dogs and leader humans. Apply at www.hopeshavenfriends.org if you have the perfect home for Luna…she is sweet girl that needs a loving home!

Story
Meet Milo Milo is a handsome, 7-month-old German Shepherd with a heart full of love and a playful spirit. During his time living with a trainer, Milo has been working hard on his leash manners and basic obedience commands like “sit” “down”, and "place." He’s a smart, eager-to-please pup who’s ready to keep learning and growing with his forever family. Milo is crate-trained and does well with potty training when kept on a consistent schedule. He gets along great with other dogs, though his enthusiastic energy means slow introductions are best. Having lived with kids, Milo is a true sweetheart who absolutely loves cuddles—his snuggles are second to none! This amazing boy thrives on mental and physical stimulation and would do best with a family who can keep him active and engaged daily. Milo is a loyal, loving companion just waiting for the perfect home to share his heart with. Could Milo be the perfect addition to your family? Apply at www.hopeshavenfriends.org

Story
Triton is an amazing, sweet 11 month old puppy! (Born Christmas day🥹2023) He's super playful with loads of energy! He loves to chase a ball, play tug of war, and take walks. But his top favorite is playing with other dogs! He loves belly scratches! ○ The reason we have to sadly rehome him is because I recently had my 3rd baby. And I just can't give our pup the time & training he needs. He's semi house trained, but not completely. He will go to the door most of the time and ring a bell or tap the nob with his nose! ○ Included with his adoption: very nice, large crate, toys, food bowls, food, treats, doggie bags, and leash & harness. ○ Please adopt this cutie if you have the time to really love and play with him and spoil him as much as he needs!!♡♡♡ Text with questions: (928)-864-6657

Story
Sweet girl, people friendly. Super chill around the house and loves to play fetch outside. Does fine with our cat, but will chase neighbor cats that wander into our yard. Has some anxiety and trust issues with other dogs. You can walk her past dogs fine, but she does not like when other dogs run up to her. She will bark at dogs passing by the house, but rarely barks otherwise. We have to find her a home because we are moving and don't know where we will end up.

These pups are in McMinnville, Oregon too!

Please be patient, we will get back to you in a few days. ***Please check your Junk/Spam folder for reply e-mails from us, if it's been more than 72 hours*** Meet Spud, Milano (Millie for short) and Chili (adopted), they are 6mth old litter mates, Dutch Shepherd, Boxer and Rottweiler mix's. They were from a hoarding home, where there was 11 adult dogs and 12+ puppies. They are housebroken and loving. Our Millie just got back from, foster care and we found out a lot. Millie and Spud are both a little leery of men, but their confidence is building, they do love and are comfortable with our male employee. Both Spud and Millie had not seen each other in 6wks and when they saw each other it was made clear they are braver, happier and more confident with each other than they are separated. They would love a home full of patience, kindness, and understanding, someone who is willing to let them decompress and adjust to their new home. Both Millie and Spud are absolutely the sweetest dogs and don't have a mean bone in their body, they just need an adopter much like our team members, who is willing to give them what they need, full of routine and space. We are so thankful to Millie's foster family for giving her a wonderful place and verifying what we already suspected, that these two need to be adopted together. Both dogs are laid back, love to play with toys, they are not high energy and listen well. My adoption fee is $300 (each), includes: Spay/Neuter, vaccines, dewormer, Heartworm/Tick testing, microchip, flea treatment and a 1lb bag of puppy food. 1. Do you own or rent? If you rent you will need authorization from your rental company prior to meeting our puppies. 2. Do you have a private fenced yard? If not, what is your plan for potty breaks and exercise? 3. Do you go hiking, jogging or do physical activities that she can be a part of? 4. How many people and age groups live in your home? 5. How many animals, types and what they are like! 6. Do you have time to continue basic training? 7. How many hours a day will they be alone? 8. Please tell us more about how they would spend their days and what activities you would plan! 9.
