Story
Hi, meet or pretty girl Cream who is about 1-2yrs old and a petite 40lbs. She's very loving and sweet but also a bit shy with humans and dogs but warms up quickly. She gains confidence around other dogs and solicits attention. She doesn't walk well on a leash and just needs a little direction as it doesn't seem like she learned about a leash before. She's not only a cutie, she's smart too so she'd be fun to train. She seems to be house trained, but accidents should be expected for a new environment. She's spayed, vaccinated and chipped so she's ready to be your new love. Get your application in ASAP! Currently in Southern California, but can be transported up to northern states, such as Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and other close by states, if a great suitable family is willing to adopt him.

Story
Hi! I’m Willy! I am a one-year-old, neutered, 45-pound, medium-energy, medium-length-coat German Shepherd mix.I am a friendly and relaxed dog with a playful and clever nature. I have a moderate amount of energy and I am up to date with my vaccinations. From the beginning, my life has been tough. I was mistreated by my previous owner, and my fellow dog siblings chewed off the tips of my ears, probably because I am more submissive. Despite this, I've coped well. I'm a shy boy and will require your guidance and support. I will always look to you for direction and rely on your support. I'm a very tolerant and the bestest boy! I want a confident sibling like my foster mom's American Bulldog Blend. I'm cautious but open to new experiences and people. I need patient and consistent humans who encourage and support me. When I crave your attention and need some affection, I'll roll over and expose my belly. Those who meet my craving for a delicious snack gain my favor. I will swivel my head from side to side whenever I hear an intriguing sound. I’m skilled at engaging in conversations and providing valuable suggestions that I consider worthwhile. I want to show you affection and shower you with kisses.I know the following commands: sit, down, crate, come, off, and HAPPY!  I enjoy both relaxing at home and playing outside. I particularly enjoy going for walks, especially with a confident dog friend. Additionally, I am crate trained and find comfort in my crate when I need some time to myself. Story
Pepper came to us at 1 year old because her owner couldn’t take care of her. We already had 4 other dogs so made the decision to foster her. She is scared of women at first (we believe she was abused by the old owner), so she can be extremely skittish, but once she warms up to you she is an absolute lover. She really enjoys running around the yard and going on walks. Unfortunately she is not doing well behaviorally with our dogs and needs a home she can have one on one time with. She would thrive in a calmer environment, she doesn’t like loud noises. Unsure of how she is with kids as she hasn’t been in that situation but she is not aggressive towards people at all and has never bitten someone. I would love to find her a home where she will be loved and taken care of and happy.

Story
I'M SCOUT! I'm a 2-year-old German Shepherd mix in need of a foster or forever home. I've been waiting for many months for someone to choose me! I weigh about 64 lbs. and am a handsome boy. I was rescued from a shelter, where I was kenneled with another dog and did great! However, I would likely do best with a submissive dog, possibly a female. I love being petted and I love, love, love food. I would do well with an active person or people who go for walks, hikes and other outings. Can you foster or adopt me? Please email for an application.

Story
MEET KATIE & GRACE, two beautiful, sweet & loving black German Shepherds! Both of these lovely girls with stunning black coats were rescued from a crowded California shelter, and they are very bonded. Grace & Katie are good with other dogs and lovely with people. Grace, the mama dog, is about 5-6 years old, and Katie is a 2-year-old girl now and growing up! Both girls have also done fairly well around cats but would need to be monitored. Katie weighs about 60-65 lbs, and Grace weighs about 71-75 lbs. They've waited a long time for a home because we are trying to place them together, so if you can open your home to two dogs, please email for an application. They also need a foster! We also offer discounted adoption fees for pairs.

Story
Timber has been in our home for five weeks now and in this time has made great progress in certain areas and continues to improve in others. Timber has shown himself to be a very loyal, intelligent and affectionate companion and just in the last few days has decided he wants to be a LAP DOG! Timber is totally house trained,,,originally ringing chimes at the door when he wanted to go outside. Now he has mastered the doggy door and goes outside whenever he wants. Timber shows a clear understanding of basic behaviors such as `sit`, `high five`, `down` and `stay`. He is very food motivated and with consistency in his training, will be a well-behaved, enjoyable and life-long companion.Timber is a very active pup and requires a lot of exercise. His ideal family would have members who will walk with him several times a day and ideally a leash less but safe field where he could interact and socialize with other dogs,,,this is his favorite thing,,,and ours too,,,as he is able to burn up a lot of energy!Timber is improving his leash walking but again, this is an area that requires consistency. He is also doing a lot better with his separation anxiety,,,he wants nothing more than to be with his human so it is difficult for him when his human has to leave. At the very least, Timber requires a fully fenced yard,,,no apartment life for this boy.Timber is currently interviewing for his new `pack` that will provide him with lots of exercise, patience and love. His love is unconditional and he will reciprocate your love a hundred fold. Timber is almost a year so still a puppy, he is neutered, up to date on shots, Microchipped and ready for his forever family.

Story
HI - I'M ROSEY! I'm an adorable and easygoing German Shepherd puppy in need of home. Based on my looks and size, I'm about 3 months old! I was rescued from a crowded California shelter right before Valentine's Day (hence my name), and now I'm waiting for a foster or forever home. I weigh about 20 lbs., though am a growing girl. Not sure if I'm a purebred or a mix, but time will tell! I'm super cute! I am great with other dogs and I love people. I'm also very quiet for a puppy! I of course am not spayed yet - much too young - and will be spayed when the vet says I'm ready. Please email for an application.

Story
Koa is an 9-month-old sweetheart who has stolen our hearts with his chill demeanor, gentle nature, and unwavering devotion to his pack. He is, without a doubt, the most relaxed puppy we’ve ever fostered—until you turn your back. Then, he might just steal your shoe (and if you don’t notice, he might start snacking on it!). But don’t worry—Koa is more than happy to return it upon request. It’s almost like he’s testing you, making sure you’re paying attention and proving your commitment to him. While Koa isn’t food-motivated, he is incredibly praise-driven, meaning he’ll do just about anything to make his humans happy. Training requires a bit of patience, but his desire to please makes it all worthwhile. This beautiful boy was surrendered simply for getting `too big`, but that just means there’s more of him to love. With his soft, flowing butterscotch-colored coat and an expected full-grown weight of 80-90 lbs, Koa is a gentle giant in the making. What You Need to Know About Koa:?? Amazing with other dogs & new people?? Softest mouth you’ll ever meet?? Loyal to the core—he will give his life for his pack?? Mischievous & playful—watch those shoes!?? Not suited for long hours alone—he thrives with canine companionshipKoa’s separation anxiety disappears when he’s with another dog, so he’d do best in a home with a furry sibling. If you’re looking for a dog who will be your shadow, best friend, and most devoted protector, Koa just might be the one for you.But be warned—not everyone is worthy of Koa. He deserves a home that will cherish him, understand his quirks, and provide the love and companionship he craves. Could that be you? His adoption fee is $380 he is fully vetted, neutered and chipped. Please go to our website and fill out our application to meet Koa and see if he is what you are looking for. Adopt Some Love!
