Story
Hi, meet or pretty girl Cream who is about 1-2yrs old and a petite 40lbs. She's very loving and sweet but also a bit shy with humans and dogs but warms up quickly. She gains confidence around other dogs and solicits attention. She doesn't walk well on a leash and just needs a little direction as it doesn't seem like she learned about a leash before. She's not only a cutie, she's smart too so she'd be fun to train. She seems to be house trained, but accidents should be expected for a new environment. She's spayed, vaccinated and chipped so she's ready to be your new love. Get your application in ASAP! Currently in Southern California, but can be transported up to northern states, such as Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and other close by states, if a great suitable family is willing to adopt him.

Story
Hi! I’m Willy! I am a one-year-old, neutered, 45-pound, medium-energy, medium-length-coat German Shepherd mix.I am a friendly and relaxed dog with a playful and clever nature. I have a moderate amount of energy and I am up to date with my vaccinations. From the beginning, my life has been tough. I was mistreated by my previous owner, and my fellow dog siblings chewed off the tips of my ears, probably because I am more submissive. Despite this, I've coped well. I'm a shy boy and will require your guidance and support. I will always look to you for direction and rely on your support. I'm a very tolerant and the bestest boy! I want a confident sibling like my foster mom's American Bulldog Blend. I'm cautious but open to new experiences and people. I need patient and consistent humans who encourage and support me. When I crave your attention and need some affection, I'll roll over and expose my belly. Those who meet my craving for a delicious snack gain my favor. I will swivel my head from side to side whenever I hear an intriguing sound. I’m skilled at engaging in conversations and providing valuable suggestions that I consider worthwhile. I want to show you affection and shower you with kisses.I know the following commands: sit, down, crate, come, off, and HAPPY!  I enjoy both relaxing at home and playing outside. I particularly enjoy going for walks, especially with a confident dog friend. Additionally, I am crate trained and find comfort in my crate when I need some time to myself. Story
I'M SCOUT! I'm a 2-year-old German Shepherd mix in need of a foster or forever home. I've been waiting for many months for someone to choose me! I weigh about 64 lbs. and am a handsome boy. I was rescued from a shelter, where I was kenneled with another dog and did great! However, I would likely do best with a submissive dog, possibly a female. I love being petted and I love, love, love food. I would do well with an active person or people who go for walks, hikes and other outings. Can you foster or adopt me? Please email for an application.

Story
MEET KATIE & GRACE, two beautiful, sweet & loving black German Shepherds! Both of these lovely girls with stunning black coats were rescued from a crowded California shelter, and they are very bonded. Grace & Katie are good with other dogs and lovely with people. Grace, the mama dog, is about 5-6 years old, and Katie is a 2-year-old girl now and growing up! Both girls have also done fairly well around cats but would need to be monitored. Katie weighs about 60-65 lbs, and Grace weighs about 71-75 lbs. They've waited a long time for a home because we are trying to place them together, so if you can open your home to two dogs, please email for an application. They also need a foster! We also offer discounted adoption fees for pairs.

Story
We have been fostering Timber for nearly three weeks. He bonded with us immediately and as such, we are his `pack`. Separation from us causes him anxiety. But with another dog young like him he is much better. At this point with no other dog in the home he is not doing well left alone. He does require time, patience and consistent training. He needs to go to a home with another dog with his size and energy level as he is not yet a year old.Timber will require a fully fenced yard and currently needs 3 walks per day ro another dog to play with to use up his energy. No Apartment life for Timber! He is still not perfect on leash, although he improves daily and has done best with a `gentle lead`. He is currently barking at dogs, joggers and small children, but this is because he wants to meet and play with them. Timber is still learning not to jump up. He is also learning not to use his mouth to explore his world. But like all puppies he can get excited and forget his best manners. Timber is fully house trained, ringing a set of windchimes at the back door when he needs to go out. He is also partially crate trained as he happily sleeps in his crate each night, next to our bed. Timber is very smart, affectionate, playful, happy, healthy and loyal. Using just his puppy kibble as reward he has learned Sit, Stay, Lie-Down, Fetch and High Five. He is very food motivated. He has met several dogs on our walks and all with excellent result. Timber is currently interviewing for his new `pack` that will provide him with lots of exercise and love.

Story
HI - I'M ROSEY! I'm an adorable and easygoing German Shepherd puppy in need of home. Based on my looks and size, I'm about 3 months old! I was rescued from a crowded California shelter right before Valentine's Day (hence my name), and now I'm waiting for a foster or forever home. I weigh about 20 lbs., though am a growing girl. Not sure if I'm a purebred or a mix, but time will tell! I'm super cute! I am great with other dogs and I love people. I'm also very quiet for a puppy! I of course am not spayed yet - much too young - and will be spayed when the vet says I'm ready. Please email for an application.
