Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. KODA Koda loves laying in the sun, and being outside in the afternoons with her foster mom. She is exceptional at all basic commands, listens and responds well. She does need to be the only pet in the home. She does a controlled heel and would enjoy walks but will need to be on lead. She would greatly benefit from an owner who understands the German Shepherd breed. She is very strong weighing in at 67 lbs, and is six years old. Koda is available for adoption through LSAR.org. She is a gorgeous girl and would make a wonderful companion. She is spayed, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations. Her adoption fee is 150.00 and includes three training sessions with our trainer so that Koda and her new family can get off on the right foot together!!  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 4, 2024, 8:38 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Maddie is a beautiful six year old spayed female GSD cross. She loves her humans and is trained and obedient. She does get along well with other dogs but does have a dominant personality so her people will need to make her understand that she does not need to be in charge or a protector because that is their job. Maddie is healthy, up to date on vaccinations and microchipped. As stated before, she is dog friendly and tolerates cats. She is great on a leash, potty trained and knows basic commands. If you are looking for a loyal loving companion, please consider this deserving girl. Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Archer has made an amazing transition from stray to city dog. He is sweet, gentle, and very mellow. Archer has great manners around the house—he uses a dog door, hardly barks, and doesn’t chew on anything but dog toys. He loves people, playing with other dogs, hiking, and snuggling in bed or on the couch (if that’s okay with you). He gets along well with indoor cats and is not skittish. Archer’s foster family is working on his obedience commands and recall. Although he currently needs a fenced yard, he is working toward being allowed off leash. Archer is around 2 years old and is a medium-sized dog and weighs about 53 lbs. He is being fostered in Missoula.  Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 4, 2024, 8:38 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sirius, who we have affectionately renamed/nicknamed Bear, is just that…a fluffy, cuddly teddy bear. His calm and sweet demeanor makes great company and he loves nuzzling into your lap or backing up to you so you can give him a good scratch on his behind. He is very friendly with our hyper 3 year old border collie mix and they love to play together. They’ve had some disputes over sharing toys and can get territorial with their food but other than that they’ve become good pals. We don’t have cats so we aren’t sure if he is cat friendly however he has tried to chase the cats that walk the back of our fence. Bear does good on a leash and loves going for walks and car rides. He’s confidently learned how to “sit” and we’re sure he could learn many other commands with a bit of training. He is potty trained and we only had one accident (possibly marking) at first. He was a bit nervous at first getting used to our house (fearful of the hardwood floors, doorways, and hallways) but he was brave and settled in very nicely with us. We attempted to crate train him because our current dog is but found that that brought out a lot of unneeded anxiety for him. We can trust him when we are gone from the house a few hours as he just naps on the couch until we come home. At night he is happy to sleep in bed with us or on his own in the living room. He’s a great dog that wants to make his new best friend happy and deserves the same.Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 4, 2024, 8:38 am

Story
You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. We are looking to rehome our black german shephard named Cash. His birthday is  October 8th , and is currently 3.5 years old. He weighs right around 90 lbs. He is very obedient and loyal, and loves people of all ages. Will play fetch all day long if you let him and just wants to be wherever you are. He knows commands such as sit and lay down and is extremely smart. He is good on a leash and even when not on a leash he never strays too far from you if out on a walk. He does great riding in vehicles. We have never had him jump a fence, however he is smart enough to nose open the latch on a chain-link fence gate. He has a hard time with cats and is very selective with other dogs, especially males, and due to this we are no longer able to keep him. He is UTD on all shots and is neutered. All we want is a GREAT home and family to go to. Rehoming fee of  $100.  Please complete an application at lsar.rescuegroups.org   Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.November 4, 2024, 8:38 am

He is a 1 year old approx 90lb neutered German Shepherd/Rottweiler, who is up to date on his shots.  Blaze loves chasing butterflies and running outside.  He loves playing tug of war or being rewarded with carrots. He is great at catching treats even small kibble size. He likes hanging  with his Chocolate Lab friend.
