Indiana is a beautiful loving, and playful 5-year-old Husky/Shepherd mix. My elderly mother is moving into the home. She is unstable and needs assistance, so having him in the home when caregivers come and go is not feasible as some are afraid of larger dogs. She has also let him out into the neighborhood in the past, and scared some neighbor's kids (unpleasant situation), and the neighbors are now not fond of him. These are the reasons we need to find him a new home. He is playful and sometimes aggressive with dogs, but not mean. He has never attacked and bitten another dog or human. He can act dominant over some other dogs which has scared other dog owners, as he can be loud and aggressive in displaying dominance. He has been trained but his adherence has sometimes been sporadic if his attention is pulled away. I recently purchased a $600 Halo collar and trained him on that which has been very effective for obedience, but not tested fully on fence feature.

Harbor is a beautiful, sweet pup, 15 months old, Purebred with AKC paperwork. She needs a home where there is room for her and also a pet parent who has experience with Shepherds and training them. She was adopted as a young pup to someone who should not have had a dog. He lived in an apartment and had no dog experience. He went to training but thought the training was for the dog and not for him. Experienced pet owners of well behaved pets knows it's the pet parent that gets trained but not the dog they train by the trainer. Haikou is a smart dog, we are needing a non smoking home with room to move in the yard and a pet parent who has the time for a dog. She's a beautiful dog only about 45 pounds right now.
